2.5kg glutinous rice flour, 750g sugar, cooked flour 150g, 50g lard, 25g melon seeds, 25g walnuts, 25g sesame seeds, 3 oranges, a little green shredded pork and essence.
2) Practice
Mix 100g cooked flour, 500g sugar, lard, melon seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds, etc. Pour in the paste made of 50g cooked flour, knead it into stuffing and cut it into cubes as big as corn kernels. Put some glutinous rice flour in the laundry basket, put the soaked stuffing into a roll, and roll it into a jiaozi of moderate size. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice. When the water boils, pour in the glutinous rice balls. When the dumplings float to the surface, add sugar and orange juice, and put them into the bowl after the sugar melts.
Meat buns 1) raw materials
Appropriate amount of glutinous rice, rice, minced lean meat, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, Jiang Mo, minced winter vegetables and chopped green onion.
2) Practice
Mix glutinous rice with rice, soak it in 1-2d, grind it, and put it in a cloth bag to make flour. Pour a little oil into the pot, stir-fry the minced meat when the oil is 70% ripe, add soy sauce, pepper, wine and Jiang Mo, and take out. After the cooked minced meat is cooled, add a proper amount of raw minced meat, minced winter vegetables and chopped green onion, mix well, freeze in the refrigerator and cut into small pieces for stuffing. Mix flour with appropriate amount of ice water, knead a small piece, wrap it in stuffing and knead it round. Boil dumplings in the pot, not too hot. When you are in trouble, fish out the dumplings. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, pepper, monosodium glutamate, melted lard, chopped green onion, etc. Into a bowl, pour in a proper amount of broth, and take out the dumplings and serve.
Walnut cheese jiaozi 1) raw materials
Dried walnut kernel150g, glutinous rice 50g, glutinous rice flour150g, hemp kernel100g, jujube 50g, a little flour and osmanthus fragrans proper amount.

Put the white sugar into a bowl, add a little osmanthus, hemp seed and flour, add a little boiling water and mix well, put it on the table, slice it with a knife with a thickness of 1.5cm, and cut it into squares with a square with a thickness of 1.5cm to get the dumpling stuffing. Put the rice noodles in the dustpan. Put the dumpling stuffing into a colander, soak it in cold water, pour it into a dustpan, and shake it with both hands to make the dumpling stuffing covered with glutinous rice flour for three times in a row, thus obtaining jiaozi. Boil in a pot for about 10min, and it will be cooked immediately after floating. Wash walnuts twice with boiling water and peel them.
Peel and wash jujube and soak in cold water 12h. Put glutinous rice, walnut kernel and jujube meat into a bowl, add 200g water and mix well, and grind it into fine pulp with a small mill. Put the water out of the spoon, add sugar and the fire will start. Skim the floating powder, quickly add walnut paste, stir into porridge until cooked, put it in a bowl, take it out and put it into cooked jiaozi for eating.
