Isn't Britain a virtual monarch? Why restrict the rights of the prime minister?

Give a few examples and you will understand.

1. The appointment of the British Prime Minister needs the signature of the Queen. A prime minister without the Queen's signature is not a real prime minister and is not recognized by British law.

2. Although the Prime Minister can draft bills and issue decrees. But they all need the final approval of the queen. Without the queen's signature, there is no way to finally announce them.

3. If bills and motions are considered by the Parliament and decided to be promulgated, they need to be signed by the Queen. If the queen does not agree, she can refuse to sign and recall for retrial. After the retrial, if it doesn't change, the queen must sign it.

PS: Parliament is divided into upper and lower houses. The upper house represents the interests of the Queen and the nobles in the palace. So after the general assembly passed it, the queen only symbolically wrote a name. This is the present constitutional monarchy.
