What are the advantages of water-saving irrigation equipment?

At present, the main way to irrigate crops is irrigation. Its main principle is: the water pump takes water-pressurized water source-delivers fresh water to the nozzle at the end of the pipeline-to realize sprinkler irrigation, which can be divided into sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation according to the different nozzles. However, due to the different water flows, the main forms of efficient water-saving irrigation are sprinkler irrigation and micro-irrigation.

1, sprinkler irrigation

The main irrigation is carried out by nozzles, which are generally divided into low-pressure, medium-pressure and high-pressure nozzles according to pressure. At present, the medium pressure rocker nozzle is mostly used in daily life. Hilly areas, low crops and open ground are all suitable for sprinkler irrigation. The sprinkler range is large, the sprinkler irrigation range is wide, the pipeline arrangement between fields is sparse, the number of sprinklers is small and the cost is low. With the continuous progress of technology, plastic nozzles save more costs. At the same time, sprinkler irrigation itself has some shortcomings. First, because the nozzle has a wide range, it will form, and the water droplets near the nozzle will hit harder than those far away. Second, sprinkler irrigation will also be affected by the wind direction, resulting in uneven spraying and loss of some water. Thirdly, due to the high pressure required when the nozzle is used, the working power of the source water pump will be increased, which will lead to an increase in the later operation cost.

2. Micro-sprinkler irrigation

Micro-sprinkler irrigation changes the nozzle into a combination of refraction and rotation, and then realizes point spraying and various types of sprinkler irrigation, which further improves the utilization rate of water resources, but its working pressure needs to be kept within a certain range. This technology is mainly used in greenhouses and low-crop growing areas. The advantages of micro-sprinkler irrigation are small water output per unit time, short range and good spraying uniformity, which creates a good environment for crop growth. Because the gap of outlet water needs to be controlled, its smaller diameter limits the scope of sprinkler irrigation and the water delivery pressure needs to be controlled. When used, the one-time input cost is relatively high. At the same time, due to the limited amount of irrigation water in a certain unit time, irrigation time is long. But the effect of saving water resources is obvious, and it can be widely used in areas with scarce water resources.

3. Drip irrigation

Drip irrigation is the main way of drip irrigation. Drip irrigation emitters are mainly divided into built-in type and pressure compensation type. Mainly used in flat and hilly areas. The working pressure of embedded drip irrigation is less than that of micro-sprinkler irrigation, but it can't be buried in the soil, which will have a certain impact on crop growth. The distance from the water source does not adjust the pressure, but will affect the outflow of water droplets. Although the pressure compensation type increases the function of adjusting pressure, the investment is relatively increased. With the continuous progress of technology, the cost of pressure compensation has been reduced. Compared with micro-sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation takes a long time, which leads to excessive energy consumption, which is the main problem of drip irrigation.

4. Micro-spray tape

Punch holes in the thin tube with special technology to form small holes to flow out. Micro-sprinkler irrigation belt combines the characteristics of simple drip irrigation with micro-sprinkler irrigation and large flow. Suitable for vines such as grapes. It has the characteristics of uniform water spraying, short time consumption, simple laying, low water pressure and low cost. However, there are obvious problems in the micro-jet area. First, the velocity of water flow in small holes cannot be well controlled, and the velocity of water flow will increase with the increase of pressure; Second, the laid pipeline is generally long, and there will be obvious uneven water discharge; Third, there is no good technology to connect the joints of pipes. Generally, the steel wire fixing technology is adopted, which leads to poor bearing capacity and large irrigation area, and the main irrigation pipeline will be larger than other irrigation methods.
