5. Participants and costs:

6. Award setting and treatment:

The judges in each division are composed of experts from China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association and experts from each division. According to the number of submissions, several first prize, second prize, third prize and excellent prize will be established. Winning the grade award can meet the requirements of joining the children's members of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. The author who won the first prize in each division is eligible to participate in the national finals. The national finals will be held in August 2065438+2004. According to the number of submissions and awards, this competition selected national excellent tutors (excellent tutors have the conditions to join China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association) and several national excellent organizational units (the main leaders of excellent organizational units can join the National Children's Calligraphy Education Association and issue honorary certificates).

7. Job requirements:

Calligraphy and hard-pen calligraphy works are not limited to styles and forms. The longest size of the works is 180 cm, and the vertical style is appropriate. There are no restrictions on album pages and hand scrolls, and works can be mounted. The contents of the works are excellent poems, words, essays, poems or texts, or their own compositions or excellent compositions.
