What parts does a concrete mixer generally consist of?

The composition of concrete mixer can be divided into three parts: mixing station accessory cylinder system, mixing station accessory system and transmission system.

1. Accessories cylinder system of mixing station: composed of cylinders and accessories, used to carry mixing materials and support various components.

(1). The Ω-shaped double cylinder whose cylinder body is bent from wide and thick steel plates has good yield force under the support of specially designed and manufactured multifunctional frames, and the supports can also make the cylinder body rigid enough to ensure that the parallelism of the two transverse axes and the concentricity of the single axis are not deviated.

(2) Upper cover, observation door, observation window, safety switch, piping system, etc. Its main functions are sealing, feeding and observation.

(3) The maintenance platform is a working platform consisting of a rhombic plate and a frame, which can also be retracted and supported as required, so as to facilitate operation and maintenance.

2. Mixing station fittings system:

The main body of mixing function is composed of mixing shaft, mixing arm, mixing knife and cylinder liner (wear-resistant cylinder liner). The mixing system rotates in opposite directions through parallel double horizontal shafts, and its direction is not clockwise at the shaft end facing the right side of the head or tail; None on the left runs counterclockwise. The stirring arm and scraper on the horizontal axis are axially spaced by 90 degrees or 60 degrees, and the two axes are staggered by 45 degrees or 60 degrees. The quantity varies with the mixer model. With proper clearance and operation, perfect and uniform mixing effect can be achieved in a short time.

3. Auxiliary transmission system of mixing station: it is composed of mixing motor, driving wheel and driven wheel, transmission belt, coupling, reduction box and connecting sleeve, daisy shaft and daisy sleeve, large and small pulley protective covers, etc. Its function is to transmit high speed to low speed to two mixing shafts through daisy sleeve.
