New policy of rural breeding land

The new policy of rural farming land includes new policies such as production facilities such as livestock and poultry pens set up by rural collective economic organizations, other enterprises and individuals or in cooperation with rural collective economic organizations, green isolation belts, management houses and prohibition of selling dog meat. The details are as follows:

1. Rural collective economic organizations: farmers and animal husbandry cooperative economic organizations set up land needed for large-scale livestock and poultry breeding as agricultural land management according to the overall land use planning of townships (towns) for the adjustment of agricultural production structure, without going through the approval procedures for agricultural land conversion.

2. Other enterprises and individuals establish or cooperate with rural collective economic organizations: farmers and animal husbandry cooperative economic organizations jointly establish the land needed for large-scale livestock and poultry breeding and implement classified management.

3. Land for production facilities such as livestock houses and green isolation belts: According to agricultural land management, there is no need to go through the approval procedures for agricultural land conversion.

4. Management and living rooms: epidemic prevention and control facilities, feed storage rooms, hardened roads and other auxiliary facilities. Belonging to permanent buildings (structures), the land use shall be managed according to the rural collective construction land, and the approval procedures for the conversion of agricultural land shall be handled according to law.

5. It is not allowed to sell dog meat by hanging sheep's head: facilities such as slaughtering and meat processing sites cannot be built on the farm land, and other irrelevant facilities cannot be built, otherwise it will constitute illegal land occupation. The land for planting facilities cannot be built into facilities such as agricultural leisure sightseeing, tourism and catering. And the so-called "big shed" can't be built, otherwise it may be demolished. ?
