How to measure the aperture and coaxiality of the machine body with laser tracker

Laser tracker is a high-precision dimension measuring instrument in industrial measurement system. It integrates advanced technologies such as laser interference ranging technology, photoelectric detection technology, precision machinery technology, computer and control technology, modern numerical calculation theory, etc., to track space moving targets and measure their three-dimensional coordinates in real time. It has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, real-time tracking measurement, quick installation and simple operation, and is suitable for assembly measurement of large-size workpieces.

The laser tracking measurement system basically consists of a laser tracking head (tracker), a controller, a user computer, a reflector (target mirror) and measurement accessories.

The basic principle of laser tracking measurement system is to place a mirror at the target point, and the laser emitted by the tracking hairs hits the mirror and returns to the tracking head. When the target moves, the tracking head adjusts the beam direction to aim at the target. At the same time, the detection system receives the return beam to measure the spatial position of the target. Simply put, the problem to be solved by laser tracking measurement system is to track a point moving in space statically or dynamically, and at the same time determine the spatial coordinates of the target point.
