Characteristics of the modern Chinese working class
1. Deeply oppressed and exploited by imperialism, feudal forces and the bourgeoisie, with poor working conditions, long working hours, low wages and no political rights, the working class is the most revolutionary.
2. Although the number of people was small, it was relatively concentrated, mainly in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Tianjin and other big cities, and in textile, flour, railroad, mining and other industries, which made it easy for the ready-made revolutionary forces and the dissemination of advanced ideas.
3. It was mainly transformed from bankrupt peasants and cottage industry workers, and had a natural connection with the peasants, which made it easy to form an alliance between workers and peasants. Therefore, the Chinese working class is the most advanced, revolutionary and powerful class in modern Chinese society.
The Chinese working class suffers from three kinds of oppression (the oppression of imperialism, the oppression of the bureaucratic bourgeoisie, and the oppression of the feudal forces), and the severity and cruelty of these oppressions are rare among the peoples of the world.
Therefore, they were more resolute and thorough in their revolutionary struggle than any other class. In semi-feudal and semi-colonial China, there was no economic basis for social reformism as in Europe, so that the whole class, except for a very few labor thieves, was the most revolutionary.
Expanded:
p>The fact that the working class is the representative of the advanced social productive forces has been confirmed by the practice of China's revolution, construction and reform and opening-up. In the first great historical transformation of the semi-colonial and semi-feudal old China into a new socialist China under the leadership of the Chinese ****productive party, the working class served as the leading class in the new democratic and socialist revolutions.
Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, the working class made great sacrifices and efforts to overthrow the rule of the three great mountains of imperialism, feudalism and bureaucratic capitalism, and to build socialism, demonstrating the revolutionary spirit of being "especially capable of fighting".
In the second great historical change in which the Chinese ****productivity party led the Chinese people to implement reform and opening up, and to build a rich, strong, democratic and civilized socialist modernization country, the working class of China, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory and the Party's basic line, has taken reform as its own responsibility, and development as its theme, emancipated its mind, pioneered and innovated, and united in its struggles and arduous efforts, and has written a new chapter in the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics has written a new chapter in history.
