Mongolian can't type Chinese characters, so you need to switch the Mongolian input method. The steps are as follows:
1. In the taskbar in the lower right corner of the desktop, find the CH in the red box.
2. Click the right mouse button to open the setting options. Select the settings option and open the language settings panel.
3. Select Add.
4. Add Mongolian, find the Mongolian option, and click the checkbox to finish.
5. Note that the red box in the lower right corner selects MN status.
6. The next step is to use Mongolian where necessary. For example, to create a new word document, you can enter it to read Mongolian.
