The practice of bamboo rice?

The practice of bamboo rice is very simple. Simply teach you how to cook bamboo rice.

1. Pour the fragrant rice into an iron pan, wash it, soak it in water for 2-3 hours, divide the bamboo into several sections, and cut a hole almost 5 cm wide at the bamboo joint to put the rice in.

2. Wash the inner wall of the green bamboo tube with boiling water and wash out the bamboo chips inside.

3. Clean the appearance of bamboo with clear water and put it on the picnic cloth.

4. Cut the soaked mushrooms into shreds or thin slices, cut the sausages into thin slices, add salt, a little sesame oil and soy sauce, mix well with the soaked fragrant rice, and pour into a bamboo tube.

Tip: Don't fill the fragrant rice too full. The bamboo tube should be flat, occupying about two-thirds of the space, and then poured into mountain spring water (clear water is also acceptable).

5. Gently shake the bamboo tube filled with fragrant rice to widen the gap between rice.

6. At the opening of the bamboo tube, use the sawed bamboo pieces to return to the original position, cut a bamboo stick and nail it at the gap of the opening, so that the opened bamboo pieces can be fixed and not easy to fall off. After fixing, gently shake the bamboo tube.

7. According to this, put all the bamboo tubes on the stove and add charcoal to make a fire. In the process of burning fire, if the fire is big, the frequency of rotating the bamboo tube should be higher until the bamboo tube turns yellow and soft, which shows that it has been done very successfully.

Tip: In the burning process, because the bamboo tube is very hot, wear gloves when turning the bamboo tube.

8. Transfer the burnt bamboo tube to the picnic cloth and gently split the bamboo tube with a knife. When the node is near, put the bamboo tube flat and spread it slowly with a knife, or press one end of the bamboo tube and slowly break the other end with your hands.

Tip: When chopping a bamboo tube, you can't split the bamboo in half like chopping wood, so the rice will fall out and cause waste.
