English composition-advantages and disadvantages of high technology

Nowadays, more and more high-tech tools, such as calculators and computers, appear in our daily life. We use them all the time, so our life becomes easier and more comfortable than before.

However, does anyone think about what has happened to the world because of science and technology? To some extent, this is much more serious than we thought. We humans do use them to improve our living standards, but on the other hand, we become lazier and more reliable than before. Those high-tech products are with us all day, and then we either have no space or time to think, and the communication between us is reduced, replaced by great indifference and estrangement between people.

In order to solve these problems, we should take immediate measures. First of all, communicate with others and think independently. Secondly, reduce the frequency of using high-tech tools. We should absorb the advantages of technology, be independent at the same time, and discard the disadvantages. Therefore, we can combine technology with human progress more closely without losing ourselves in this modern society.
