Why can't many traditional cultures in China be promoted now?

The traditional culture of Chinese nation is the soul of our whole nation. It is not only the embodiment of the spirit of the Chinese nation, but also the essence obtained by the sages of past dynasties through continuous efforts to explore and practice.

Our traditional culture comes from life, goes from life and is close to life, which can best show all aspects of life. However, we will still be hindered in inheriting and developing our traditional culture for several reasons.

First, after the founding of the People's Republic of China, we experienced the worst period-the Cultural Revolution. During this period, the best traditional culture was not recognized, but was regarded as dross. Because of the influence of this period, although it was damaged in time, it did not pay attention to vigorously promoting traditional culture. People born during the Cultural Revolution had a stronger feudal consciousness.

Another point is that China's education system does not pay attention to traditional culture. Our education in China is more based on the all-round development of China people, and the requirements for learning are mostly books on foreign cultural exchanges, while traditional culture is often praised through some extracurricular reading materials. However, China is an ancient civilization with an excellent culture of 5,000 years. Although we should blend with foreign cultures, we should also vigorously promote our own culture.

However, it is gratifying that our new generation of leaders have gradually begun to realize the importance of traditional culture. At present, the teaching proportion of nine-year compulsory education has begun to be more inclined to the education of traditional culture, and excellent traditional culture has begun to be based on our social construction.
