Legend has it that this day is the birthday of Niu Wang. Take off the yoke of the cow, scrub the body and graze in a place with rich water and grass. Cowshed should be cleaned and covered with dry straw. There is no labor, let alone flogging, but also singing folk songs to cattle and feeding black rice. In the past, Niuwangmo Temple was built in some livestock farms. On the festival day, pigs were sacrificed and villagers gathered in the temple for dinner.

4. Zhuang Gu Summer Dress: The traditional summer dress of Zhuang girls in Longji area of Longsheng County, with white on the top and green on the bottom, mostly made of fine cotton cloth, and now there are also silk and nylon.
