What is ordinary flour?
Ordinary flour is medium gluten flour. According to the content of protein in flour, flour can be divided into high gluten flour, medium gluten flour, low gluten flour and gluten-free flour, among which medium gluten flour is common flour, and its protein content is about 1 1%, which can be used to make Chinese cakes, such as steamed bread, jiaozi and noodles.
