How to practice levitation?

Wudang lightness skill

This skill belongs to one of Wudang Internal Skill Schools. Taking the practice of internal qi as the first priority, it is intended to lead the qi of Dantian upward, make the body elegant, give up all other thoughts, be full of qi and be as light as a swallow. Its advantages can make people feel open-minded, optimistic and worry-free, and prolong life.

1, showing the luck turnover method.

Stand naturally, relax and look forward, lick the upper jaw with your tongue, connect Ren and Du meridians, and use reverse breathing.

Lift your arms slowly from your sides. When the arms are lifted horizontally, the palms are turned over, and the arms are slowly moved to the front of the body in a ball shape, surrounded, and the two little fingertips are connected together, and the thumb is raised to make the lung meridians unblocked. Then slowly put down the left hand, put the palm on the abdomen, and naturally wrap the other four fingers around Lao Dan separately, and then put the palm on the back of the left palm, which is intended to last 1 minute. When inhaling, the abdomen contracts and the palm is also compressed. When exhaling, the abdomen bulges and the palms are not forced outward. Breathe through your nose, breathe through your mouth. Breathe slowly, thinly and evenly, and rhythmically, * * * 10 times. Take a breath.

After this work is completed, according to the above actions and breathing, Tian Dan Qi will run around again, left 12 times and right 12 times. At the beginning of training, squeeze the abdominal muscles with the palm of your hand to make them rotate left and right, and the internal qi will also operate. After practicing martial arts for 3 months, you can read the internal qi at will without the help of palm strength, that is to say, the qi has arrived.

2. Dantian method introduces outside air.

(1) Exercise: Stand naturally, relax all over, look forward, lick the upper jaw with your tongue, and connect the second pulse of Ren Du. Turn your palms outward, release your fingers, slowly lift your arms from the side, and your palms are concave. The mind is at Neilaogong point, like holding a ball in the palm of your hand. The mind introduces the external qi into Laogong point, and then sends it to the body and ren meridian to Tiandan along the three Yang meridians of the hand.

Pause 1 min, palm down, and return to the side lift shape. Move your arms forward in the way of lifting forward, with your elbows slightly bent, your palms together and one palm wide, and the Neiguan points are opposite. Then slowly open and close your hands to make them one, and repeat 12 times. The distance between the two palms gradually widens from one palm to two fists, slightly wider than the shoulders. Every time you open the distance, you open and close 12 times, and your palm generates a lot of heat, even you feel numb. Your arms return to the front level, and then you turn your palms over, and your thoughts are stored in Laogong point again. You send foreign air to Dantian, and after receiving foreign air for 65,438+0 minutes, you will receive the work.

(2) Work: Raise your arms horizontally, bend your elbows, lift them to your head, point your two middle fingers at your temples, and breathe for 1 min. Then, separate your palms along any pulse on your chest, and put them down vertically from both sides of your legs, and close them together. This job will take three months to practice, and six months together with the luck turnover method in Dantian. At this time, the external qi can be collected, the internal qi is full, and the light exercise can be handy.

The cultivation of lightness skill is the core of Wu Tangmen Kung Fu, and the appearance of lightness skill is the inevitable result of Wu Tangmen Kung Fu cultivation. Yan wudang boxing's unique acrobatic method can really lighten the human body. Yan wudang boxing, a descendant, can float in the air during meditation, and can ensure that the practitioner's body will not get fat. Even in his fifties and sixties, he can still keep a lean figure. Fat people can definitely lose all their fat by practicing, which is also practice. So just look at the figure of a martial artist, and you can judge whether this person is authentic in Wutangmen. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, there has always been a saying that "the body is light and healthy". Here, "being light" doesn't just mean that people are flexible. These four words also reveal the real phenomenon of a person's body, that is, the body that can be lightened must be healthy. When a person's health reaches a certain level, it is bound to be lighter, not just flexible. In other words, it can be said that a person's health level is lighter than his body. Strict wudang boxing, the highest realm is the phenomenon of flying achievement. In fact, the highest stage of any aristocratic family must be a light achievement phenomenon. This is the same. This is the root of the phrase "all methods belong to this school" In the practice of Bagua Palm Kung Fu, there is also a saying that walking in circles can practice lightness skill. This is not a lie. The highest stage of Taoist Dandao Kung Fu is the appearance of Shen Yuan's empty shell, and their principles are the same. As far as we know, there is also a descendant of Shaolin Kung Fu who can float while meditating. The principle of explanation is that when people's kung fu reaches a certain level, when they meditate, the internal qi of the human body blends with the external qi, so the body floats. If the brain has distractions and can't settle down again, the communication between internal qi and external qi will be interrupted, so the human body can't float now. Mr. Luo Peng said very little about the principle of lightness skill phenomenon, only that after the human body floats, the eyes can't be opened, and when you open your eyes, it will fall down. Its principle is the same as that of light balloon floating. Therefore, the core secret of lightness skill is the cultivation of internal strength. The emergence of lightness skill is determined by human physiological characteristics, and it is also the embodiment of natural laws. Its principle is simple, not mysterious at all. The principle of lightness skill completely conforms to the principle of modern physics, but people's understanding of the human body itself is still very limited. Modern martial arts works exaggerate the lightness skill, which makes people fundamentally doubt the authenticity of lightness skill. People in modern martial arts also generally believe that the lightness skill in traditional martial arts is only after weight-bearing practice, the body becomes light and flexible, and it is impossible to cross the river without a trace. I can't see the authenticity of traditional kung fu, it's just a prejudice. China Kung Fu can really make people lose weight, but it can't reach the level described in martial arts works. Some older martial arts predecessors must have heard that Tibetan monks float in the air when practicing meditation, which is a manifestation of lightness skill, that is, an example of lightening the human body. What needs to be mentioned here is that modern popular weight loss methods, such as exercise weight loss, can't change the internal circulation of the human body, and exercise greatly increases appetite. Once the amount of exercise is reduced, the body will rebound quickly and gain weight; Dieting to lose weight cannot change the internal circulation of the whole human body. This method is not conducive to human health. Once you return to a normal diet, your body will rebound quickly and gain weight. In theory, TCM can regulate the internal circulation of human body, but the gap between theory and practice is too big, and the effect is not ideal; Acupuncture can also adjust the internal circulation of the human body, but this method is extremely demanding for practitioners and inconvenient to do. The really good way to lose weight is to look for it from the traditional Wushu culture in China. (Special note: My tutor has never reached the level of floating in the air in his life, and the longest time of meditation is only three days, or when he has not finished his studies and has not yet gone down the mountain. After going down the mountain, Master took a job and soon became a family. Due to the influence of social particularity in my childhood, and Master is not a martial arts fan, although she has been practicing hard since she went down the mountain, she hasn't practiced meditation for a long time, but she has practiced Gong Zhuang more. According to Master, he has witnessed Master's body floating in the air many times during meditation. )
