Working principle of rubber roller husker: The husker squeezes and rubs the rice passing between rollers through a pair of rubber rollers rotating at different speeds, thus achieving the purpose of hulling. When the hulled material passes through the husk separation chamber, it is subjected to the action of wind, and the coarse mixture is separated from the rice husk.

The husker is a kind of grain processing machine, which can remove the glume from rice and make brown rice. It can remove the hull of rice, reduce the explosion and skin damage of rice, and keep the integrity of brown rice as much as possible. It mainly consists of a hopper feeding device, a machine head device, a chaff separation chamber, a gear box and a frame.
