Preparation of honey pills in water

Hawthorn (coke) 300g Massa Medicata Fermentata (fried)100g Pinellia ternata (processed) 50g Poria100g.

Malt (stir-fried) 100g tangerine peel 100g forsythia 50g water pill is made by pot method. There are two methods to make pan-pills: manual pan-pills and mechanical pan-pills. Their working principles are the same, mainly including raw material processing and crushing, demoulding, molding, coverage selection, drying, coating, polishing and quality inspection. Among them, demoulding is the key step.

1. Processing and crushing of raw materials: all the drugs in the prescription are processed and crushed according to requirements, and screened by 100 mesh for later use.

2. demoulding: the shot mold is the basis of disk injection molding. There are two methods: post-construction and mechanical demoulding.

(1) Manually remove the mold from the clean and dry bamboo plaque 1/4. Dip a brush in a little water to moisten the plaque surface, sprinkle a little powder on the wetted plaque surface, hold the plaque with both hands, rotate the bamboo plaque to moisten all the medicines, then gently brush it with the brush (that is, gently adjust it with the pen tip) and rotate the bamboo plaque to move the wetted particles. Evenly dip all the small particles in powder and shake them to another place, then apply a small amount of water to the original place where water is applied, then move the particles dipped in powder to the place where water is applied and roll, then completely dip the water, then transfer them to another dry place, sprinkle with fine powder, and then rotate the bamboo board to make all the wet particles roll on the powder. This operation is repeated several times until small round particles are formed (for example, the size and diameter are about 0.5- 1mm).

(2) Mechanically demoulding and spreading the powder in the coating pot, spraying water under the rotation of the coating pot, so that the powder is completely wetted into small particles, adding a small amount of fine powder, continuously rolling for a certain period of time to make the small particles firm and dense, spraying water to spread the powder, etc., to form a regular pill mold, and continuing molding after sieving (or pouring a proper amount of water into the pot first, and then spreading the powder).

3. Enlarged molding: After the mold is finished, repeatedly rotate the bamboo board, alternately add water and powder, and constantly rotate the medicine board. The whole basic action is kneading, knocking out and alternating, so as to strengthen the hardness and roundness of the particles until the particles gradually become larger and shaped to meet the requirements. (Handwork and machinery are the same)

4. Pill selection: sieve the pills evenly with a suitable medicine sieve. If the pills are too small, they will get bigger. If they are too big and deformed, they should be treated separately.

5. Covering: The purpose of covering is to make the pellet surface compact, smooth and uniform in color. There are three commonly used methods: dry powder cover, clean water cover and clear slurry cover.

6. Drying: due to the high water content of water pills, it should be dried in time (below 60 degrees). When drying, the temperature should be gradually raised and turned constantly to avoid yin and yang.
