Thoughts on how to do well the current railway safety management.

Through the analysis of daily work, I think I still have the following problems.

(1) The idea of safety first has not been firmly established. Practice has proved that safety awareness is not firm, so it is necessary to strengthen daily education, and strive to truly know the law and abide by the law, abide by the rules and regulations, love their jobs and be conscientious. In the construction of lines that are not very busy, such as special lines, the safety vigilance is often relaxed, and the management of construction personnel is not very strict, which leads to many illegal behaviors that have not been fully recognized and corrected.

(2) The rules and regulations have not been fully mastered. Every accident lesson is caused by a series of violations. In recent years, a series of railway accidents have few objective factors and few equipment factors, most of which are human factors. Some should know or should not know, which reflects the personal professionalism; Some people know and know, but they don't follow the standard, which reflects the problem of personal ideological quality; These phenomena can be found in some accidents. In daily work, due to the failure to consciously and regularly learn the relevant regulations and operating systems of safety production, the rules and regulations are not well mastered in daily work, and they cannot be well applied to practical work, and the purpose of guiding operation with rules and regulations is not fully achieved, resulting in safety problems from time to time.

(3) Standardization cannot be fully implemented in operation. In daily construction, I can't completely follow the construction standards, which leads to many problems. Mainly from the ideological understanding of construction standardization is insufficient: first, it is considered that railway work is very rough, and it doesn't matter if it is more or less; Second, most of the work of public works is hard, and standardized work means more efforts; Third, the humanitarianism is serious, and I don't want to ask more questions in order to work well; The existence of these problems has brought some unfavorable factors to the implementation of standardization in operation, and there are security risks. These problems need to be resolutely corrected in the future.

In view of the above problems, I will strive to achieve the following three points in terms of safety in the future:

(1) Strengthen theoretical study and improve safety awareness. Safety and stability are related to the reform and development of the company and the vital interests of every employee. Therefore, if safety awareness is not firmly established, it will inevitably cause hidden dangers to safety production. Therefore, in the future work, we must strengthen the study of safety regulations, laws and regulations, further improve the sense of responsibility of safety first, ensure the safety of various construction operations assigned by the leaders, and ensure the smooth and orderly production safety.

(2) Strengthen business study and improve safety level. In the future work, we should strengthen the study of business knowledge and various rules and regulations, master the on-site safety operation methods, and constantly apply them to further improve our own safety prevention level.

(3) it is to further improve the awareness of standardized operation and do a good job. In the future, in actual operation, we should strictly follow the construction standards. Try to make predictions before class and master the workload and precautions in advance. In operation, we should strictly implement various operating standards, strictly control safety, and strive to reduce various problems.

In short, through this safety inspection and reflection, I will further clarify the grim situation facing the current safety production, constantly find out my own problems, seriously correct them in the future work, and make new contributions to the company's safety production with practical actions.
