How to Make Deep Fried Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients: 200g pork tenderloin, 4 eggs, ? tsp MSG, 2 tsp cooking wine, 10ml cornstarch, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 plate of pepper salt
Steps:
1. Wash the pork tenderloin, cut it into thin slices of 4cm in length and 2cm in width, and put it into a clean bowl, mix it well with salt, MSG, and cooking wine and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes for flavoring.
2. Beat the egg whites in a bowl with chopsticks in one direction until the chopsticks stand up (similar to the process of whipping eggs in a cake), then add the dry starch and beat in one direction to form an egg batter.
3. Heat enough lard in a wok over high heat until it reaches 5 degrees Celsius, then add the marinated pork slices to the wok, coating them with the egg paste. Gently turn the meat with chopsticks and fry for about 5 minutes.
4. When all the meat is fried, plate it, drizzle it with sesame oil, and serve it together with pepper salt.
