Seeking the current status of domestic and international research on employee sports !!!!!!! I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that.

In this century, the relevant departments of the State conducted a number of national physical condition survey, always show such a result: China's participation in physical exercise in the population, in the age distribution of a significant "saddle shape" - often exercise 25 to 55 years old Young adults, significantly less than young people and the elderly. A significant proportion of these young adults are employed workers. The data also shows that the number of workers in the sports population is declining year by year, against the backdrop of a gradual increase in the number of sports people in the country.

The above survey results, from a pessimistic point of view, is that the situation of employee sports is grim, but from a positive point of view, it can also be said that the potential of employee sports is huge. The question now is how to find a way to drive the effective development of staff sports?

In China's rapid economic development, a variety of business models **** exist, efficiency as the only standard of enterprise today, the staff sports activities are neglected seems to be able to find an objective basis. However, from the perspective of the long-term development of modern enterprises, neglect or even abandon the construction of corporate culture, including staff sports activities, the development of enterprises will lose momentum, or even fall. Experience and reality tell us that the staff culture and sports activities are necessary and effective means of building harmony in the enterprise, is an important channel to contact workers.

No one can deny that it is very difficult to organize staff sports events in the current situation. But can difficulties be a reason to give up? In Xi'an Yanliang interview with the first AVIC Staff Games, the head of the Aviation Sports Association, Zhao Qisheng appeared very fatigued, and the reporter has been coughing constantly when talking: "difficult, how not difficult? From preparation to now, almost a year, the middle of the problem is too much. But dry up, started, it is not so difficult. It will be fine to organize it next time."

The beginning of everything is difficult. For many enterprises, many years did not run staff games, all of a sudden dry up, indeed not as easy as saying, argumentation, planning, preparation, funding, organization, run the race ...... is indeed a challenge. However, if you can raise the staff sports work to the mobilization of contact with the staff, build a harmonious, conducive to the work of the height to understand, accept this challenge is worthwhile.

Have heard a professional university teacher of sports theory said, to carry out mass sports, seize the dragon head is a twice the result with half the effort idea. He believed that increasing the variety of staff sports events (activities) is the leading role in driving the development of staff sports at all levels. And now it seems that there are too few organized and systematic staff sports events (activities) in China, especially national ones.

In the new situation, the development of workers' sports work is an exploratory work, which is certainly difficult. Still, as the saying goes, "Once you make a start, it's not difficult."

Staff sports are an integral part of social sports. Physical exercise activities carried out in industry and commerce, enterprises, institutions, organizations and other workers. The purpose is to improve the health of workers, regulate emotions, enhance the ability to adapt to various environments and prevent occupational diseases. The main focus is on sports that are popular with the workers and various exercise programs that are beneficial to fitness and recreation, which are suitable for the labor characteristics of the occupational positions. The form of pre-work exercises, inter-work exercises small and varied exercise or competition activities, simple games and so on.

Sports activities carried out in industrial and commercial enterprises and institutions, organizations and workers, to improve the health of workers, prompting them to work and production more energetic. Socialist countries care about the physical health of their workers and carry out sports activities for them in an organized and leading manner. In capitalist societies, some capitalists also emphasize sports for their workers in order to make more profits.

Staff sports in China developed after the founding of the People's Republic of China.

Prior to 1949, Chinese workers were politically oppressed, economically exploited, and lived in extreme poverty, and the vast majority of them had no right or possibility to participate in sports activities at all. Nationwide, only a very few workers spontaneously engaged in some traditional sports such as martial arts. In a very few factories and enterprises there were teams employed by capitalists who played for advertising purposes. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the People's Government of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China attached great importance to the sports of the workers and the leadership of the people's government of China and the growing development of the national economy provided better and better conditions for the development of the sports of the workers. 1954 the Central Committee of the People's Republic of China in the "Directives on Strengthening People's Sports and Physical Education Work", said: "The trade unions should take specific leadership of the sports of factories, mines and enterprises and make them carry out normally. which should be carried out normally." In the same year, the State Council of the Central People's Government issued the Circular on the Carrying Out of Workplace Exercises and Other Sports in Government Offices, which gave a strong impetus to the development of workers' sports. Later, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) set up a Sports Department to specifically lead the development of employee sports. In 1955, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions formulated the Outline of Provisional Measures for Carrying Out Workers' Sports, which made clear provisions on specific issues such as the guidelines, tasks, organization and leadership, working methods, construction of venues, and sources of funding for carrying out workers' sports. In October of the same year, the 1st National Workers' Sports Meeting was held. Beginning in 1955, mass sports organizations were established according to industrial systems, and by 1958*** more than 20 national industrial sports associations, such as locomotive sports associations, and more than 25,800 grass-roots sports associations had been set up. after 1958, due to changes in the production management system, the sports associations of the industrial systems were abolished, and local trade unions at all levels led the grass-roots sports associations. Local trade unions, in conjunction with the sports commissions, the People's Armed Forces Department, the **** Youth League, the Women's Federation and other relevant departments, in accordance with the principles of adapting to the needs of the people, the time and the place, and on a voluntary, small-scale and diversified basis, have carried out a wide variety of sports activities such as gymnastics, ball games, track and field, weight-lifting, swimming, wushu, wrestling and mountain-climbing, etc., in the institutions, factories, mines and enterprises. And according to the labor characteristics of different types of work, they have created and implemented various production exercises (Figure 1); combined with employee health care, they have implemented medical sports; combined with militia training, they have carried out shooting, motorcycle, and military camping, and so on. A system of workplace exercises has been widely practiced in institutions. In recent years, some industrial system sports associations have resumed their activities. The Locomotive Sports Association of the national railroad system has organized a wide range of sports activities. In the winter of the year with the largest number of participants, 1.2 million people insisted on doing radio exercises and 570,000 people took part in other activities such as long-distance running.

In the development of workers' sports, many production models, advanced people, played an exemplary leading role, and actively participate in exercise. 50's by the masses known as "running in front of the time of the people" -- the national famous model worker, Anshan Steel worker Wang Chonglun, in the first workers' sports meeting, had won the first 200 meters low hurdles, 5th place. 200 meters low hurdles 5th place. Hou Zhanyou, a veteran miner of the Kailuan Coal Mine and a deputy to the 5th National People's Congress, actively participated in sports and was honored as the champion of middle-weight wrestling in Hebei Province (Fig. 2). Hunan Zhuzhou Xiangjiang Machinery Factory workers, national model workers, the 5th National People's Congress Li Linzhuang insisted on long-distance running for more than 30 years, more than 20 years into the factory to complete the workload of more than 50 years.
