Responsibilities of the Road Transport Management Office:

2, according to the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, to carry out road passenger transport, freight, transportation services, loading and unloading industry, motor vehicle maintenance and testing, motor vehicle driver training industry management. In accordance with the management authority, examine and approve the opening, closing and annual inspection of road freight transport, transport services and driver training business, and issue licenses and road transport permits. Comprehensive use of market, legal and administrative means to promote the healthy, orderly, coordinated and rapid development of road transportation;

3, do a good job in industry research and forecast, and formulate the development plan of road transport industry in this region;

4, responsible for the city's road transport industry production and operation and technical and economic indicators of statistics, summary and reporting, to guide and do a good job of market supply and demand information release;

5. Organize and coordinate the transportation of key materials and bulk materials, do a good job in organizing the transportation of materials such as combat readiness, emergency rescue and disaster relief and holiday passengers, and ensure the completion of mandatory road transportation plans;

6. Be responsible for the macro-control of the city's road transport industry, organize the planning, layout and construction of stations, use market mechanisms to adjust the optimal allocation of transport resources, and promote joint ventures, combined transport and specialization and cooperation between various modes of transport in regions and transport enterprises;

7, responsible for the safety supervision of the city's road transport enterprises, and the implementation of quality credit assessment of road transport enterprises;

8, road transport market supervision, supervision and inspection of road passenger and freight transport, road transport related business quality and behavior, investigate and deal with illegal acts, protect the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers, and mediate people's complaints and letters and visits to the road transport industry;

9 responsible for the industry management of motor vehicle driver training, organizing the qualification examination for commercial road transport drivers, and issuing qualified qualification certificates;

10, supervise and inspect the service quality of the road transport industry, do a good job in classifying road transport enterprises and individual operators, and mediate service quality disputes;
