How to make sandwich bread:

7. Fold the lower two corners in line with the middle fold line
8. Roll up from top to bottom and pinch tightly

10. Place on the baking sheet for final fermentation
11. Let it rise until it doubles in size. Place it in the preheated oven at 190℃ for 18 minutes.
12. Leave to cool, then seal and store
