Types of agriculture

Types of agriculture refer to different agricultural production methods, organizational forms, business management and product characteristics. According to the way of agricultural production, agricultural types can be divided into traditional agriculture, modern agriculture and ecological agriculture.

Traditional agriculture: mainly using manual labor and natural farming methods, low production efficiency, small scale of operation, mainly for self-sufficiency.

Modern agriculture: adopts mechanized production methods, applies high-tech means to improve agricultural production efficiency and product quality, and realizes large-scale operation and market sales.

Eco-agriculture: Taking ecological safety and ecological balance as the starting point, adopting ecological cycle, biodiversity, green and organic methods to produce high-quality and healthy ecological agricultural products.

In addition to this, there are other types of agriculture, such as food agriculture, cash crop agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries and so on. Each of these types has its own characteristics and is able to meet people's different needs under different ecological environment and socio-economic conditions. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, all types of agriculture are constantly developing and transforming to help people live and work better.
