Why can't modern medicine cure liver cirrhosis?

In addition to liver transplantation, modern medicine mainly treats liver cirrhosis by protecting liver and resisting liver fibrosis. Although hepatitis B was found to be the main cause of liver cirrhosis in 1960s, antiviral treatment was still carried out. However, more than half a century has passed, which can neither effectively treat hepatitis B, prevent the occurrence of cirrhosis, nor cure cirrhosis, resulting in countless people losing their precious lives. Therefore, it is generally believed that cirrhosis is incurable. However, some experts and scholars do not look for the causes of treatment failure, actively explore treatment methods to relieve people's suffering and save precious lives, and do not respect the objective fact that traditional medicine can treat liver cirrhosis, but say that liver cirrhosis is an incurable disease. The widespread spread of this pessimistic view has caused great mental stress and ideological burden to many patients, resulting in the rapid deterioration of some patients' conditions and the loss of precious lives, which has caused great misfortune to patients and their families and constituted a minor social problem. Therefore, to study and treat liver cirrhosis, we should first solve the pessimistic root that some experts and scholars in modern medicine think that liver cirrhosis can't be cured, objectively and fairly admit the valuable clinical experience accumulated by traditional medicine in treating liver cirrhosis (abdominal distension) for thousands of years, and make achievements in the research and treatment of liver cirrhosis by the materialistic dialectical method of combining nature with human body, so as to emancipate patients' minds.

First, the diagnosis method and basis of liver cirrhosis

The diagnosis of liver cirrhosis in modern medicine is mainly based on the examination results of advanced instruments and methods such as liver function, B-ultrasound, CT and liver puncture.

1, liver function examination: ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL and other indicators are abnormal, liver function is seriously damaged, and the ratio of white blood cells to globulin is inverted, which has important reference significance for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.

2.b-ultrasound and CT examination: The vein texture of the liver is unclear or unclear, the echo is thickened and enhanced, the inner diameter of the portal vein of the liver is widened, the capsule of the liver is not smooth, the edge is blunt and round, or serrated, or wavy, uneven, the vein texture is distorted, the liver texture is hardened, the liver is enlarged or shrunk, or it is nodular or strip, which can be used as an important diagnostic basis for liver cirrhosis.

3. Liver puncture: It conforms to the diagnostic index of liver cirrhosis and can diagnose liver cirrhosis.

Second, the advanced and scientific nature of modern testing

Liver cirrhosis belongs to the category of traditional medicine. The article "Soul Pivot Water Inflates" says: "What about inflation? Qi Bo said that the abdominal distension was very big, big and swollen, and the color was yellow. The same is true. " ; "Similar Syndrome Treatment" said: "Abdominal distension, no swelling of limbs, but abdominal distension." ; "Jing Yue Quan Shu" said: "A single abdominal distension is called abdominal distension, and its appearance is like a drum, so it is called abdominal distension ... and the limbs are unobstructed, but the distension is only in the abdomen, so it is simply abdominal distension ..."

Traditional medical diagnosis methods can't understand the real lesions of the liver itself and can't diagnose asymptomatic early cirrhosis. The diagnosis can only be made in the middle and late stages of the disease, so the name "abdominal distension" cannot provide an objective and scientific basis for diagnosis. Modern medical liver function examination can understand the severity of liver function damage according to bilirubin (TBIL, DBIL, IBTL), transaminase (ALT, AST) and other indicators. In particular, the inversion of leukocyte/globulin ratio has important reference significance for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis; Ultrasound, CT and other imaging examinations can directly observe the pathological changes of liver parenchyma damage. For example, the vein texture of the liver is unclear or unclear, the echo of the liver is thickened and enhanced, the membrane is incomplete, and the liver is skinny. The widening value of the portal vein of the liver, the size of the liver morphology change, whether there is a tumor and the size of the tumor, and whether there is ascites and ascites volume ... It provides an objective scientific basis for the diagnosis, research, treatment and curative effect evaluation of liver cirrhosis, and has made great contributions to the study of liver cirrhosis. Its scientificity and advancement are beyond doubt.

Three, can not correctly understand the modern advanced instrument inspection

Advanced instruments and inspection methods in modern medicine can find hidden diseases that cannot be diagnosed by traditional medicine, and provide objective and scientific basis for disease research, treatment and curative effect evaluation. However, many experts, scholars and clinicians only see the advanced side of modern medical instruments, but can't correctly understand the actual functions of these advanced instruments and high-tech inspection methods. They don't understand that modern instruments and inspection methods are only the development of diagnostics, which fills the shortcomings of traditional medical diagnosis methods. Take liver cirrhosis as an example, it is only a means to collect data for the research and treatment of liver cirrhosis, and it serves for syndrome differentiation and treatment and the formulation of correct treatment plans, but it cannot be used as the basis for the treatment of liver cirrhosis. For example, liver function examination can provide important reference for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis according to the degree of liver function damage. Hidden jaundice, which can not be found by naked eyes, can reflect the severity of liver function damage from bilirubin index level, but it is impossible to understand the different properties of yang yellow and yin yellow. It is very important to know whether there is jaundice, but it is more important to know the nature of jaundice. Traditional medicine has long recognized that jaundice has two different properties: yang yellow and yin yellow. For example, Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases written by Song Hanzuo not only discusses the Yang-Huang syndrome of jaundice, but also specially writes the article Yin-Huang syndrome: "People with yellow typhoid fever in ancient and modern times have been treated with Yang-Huang syndrome ... Yin-Huang syndrome has no cure." ; The Clinical Guide specifically discusses the pathogenesis of yang-yellow and yin-yellow, and records the clinical symptoms: "Records, wet from cremation, blood stasis and heat, gallbladder heat, body fluid and turbid gas of the stomach coexist, banned from top to bottom, fumigated and depressed ... The body and eyes are yellow, and the color of drowning changes, and yellow is like orange; Yin and yellow work, wet from cold, spleen Yang Can is not wet, bile is blocked by wet, stained in the spleen, seeped into the muscles, overflowed on the skin, and the color is like smoked yellow. "

Clinical practice has proved that many patients can not recover their liver function, but may develop cirrhosis or chronic severe hepatitis if they simply look for drugs to relieve jaundice, reduce enzymes and resist viruses according to liver function tests. If we combine the dialectical treatment of traditional medicine, find out the nature of jaundice, and then treat it according to different properties, its therapeutic effect is obviously better than the symptomatic treatment based solely on liver function examination.

Take imaging as an example; B-ultrasound, CT and other imaging examinations: it can directly observe whether the liver has lesions, which solves the problem that traditional medicine can not observe the specific liver lesions with naked eyes. It provides an objective and scientific basis for the diagnosis, research, treatment and curative effect evaluation of liver cirrhosis. However, imaging examinations such as B-ultrasound and CT can only observe the tissue structure and external morphology of the liver, and cannot understand the law and essence of the occurrence, development and change of liver cirrhosis caused by the struggle between healthy qi (qi, blood, yin and yang) and pathogenic qi (bacteria and viruses). Just as astronomers use telescopes to see planets invisible to the naked eye, they only see the surface phenomenon of the planet and can't observe the movement changes inside the planet. It is an undeniable objective fact that volcanic eruption, earthquake and other planetary internal motion changes, and other means and methods are needed to judge volcanic eruption, earthquake and other planetary internal motion changes.

Diagnosis, research, treatment and curative effect evaluation of liver cirrhosis, liver function, B-ultrasound, ct and other biochemical, imaging and liver fiber examination are therefore essential. However, it is necessary to understand, analyze and study the ups and downs of liver yin and yang, qi and blood, as well as the internal changes and different properties of the struggle between healthy qi and evil qi in human body from the different clinical symptoms of patients with liver cirrhosis. For example, three patients with liver cirrhosis, A, B and C, were examined in pairs: HBsAg+, HBeAg+ and HBc+; HBV-DNA:& gt; 1.0E+3; Liver function test: ALT 180 unit, AST 320 unit, globulin 35g/L, albumin 30g/L, and the proportion of albumin is inverted; B-ultrasound examination: abnormal liver shape, reduced volume, serrated edge, unsmooth cell membrane, unclear vascular texture, thickened echo, and internal diameter of hepatic vein1.5 cm; ; Gallbladder secondary changes, spleen thickness 5.65438±0cm. The diagnosis conclusion is cirrhosis after hepatitis B.

Diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine through observation, listening and inquiry;

Patient A: hot and thirsty mouth, bitter taste, abdominal distension, anorexia, short and red urine, constipation, red tongue, yellow and greasy tongue coating and rapid pulse.

Patient B: blue complexion, stabbing pain in the right rib, edema of both lower limbs, loss of appetite, dark purple tongue, thready pulse and dark stool.

Patient C: pale face, abdominal distension, listlessness, cold limbs, sometimes edema of lower limbs, indigestion, fat and tender tongue coating, thin stool and weak pulse.

As can be seen from the above, all kinds of examination results of modern medicine for three patients with liver cirrhosis are the same, and the diagnosis conclusion is liver cirrhosis. The clinical symptoms of patients with A, B and C are different, and these different clinical symptoms are the external manifestations of liver diseases. Different clinical symptoms are caused by different etiology and pathogenesis, and the nature of the disease is different, which requires different treatment methods. Some experts and scholars can't correctly understand the advanced instruments and examination methods of modern medicine, and don't organically combine the examination results of modern medicine with clinical symptoms. They only take the examination results of modern advanced instruments and examination methods as the basis, take them out of context and treat them indiscriminately, so they can't effectively treat liver cirrhosis. On the contrary, they think that cirrhosis is incurable. This is the root of the view that some experts and scholars in modern medicine can't correctly treat the concrete manifestations of modern advanced instruments and inspection methods, and cirrhosis can't be cured. The author thinks that in order to treat liver cirrhosis, we must combine the biochemical and imaging examination results of modern medicine with the clinical data collected by traditional medicine, comprehensively analyze and study the occurrence, development, change and nature of liver cirrhosis, and formulate the correct treatment plan, so as to effectively treat liver cirrhosis.

Fourth, putting the cart before the horse leads to ineffective treatment of liver cirrhosis.

Two-and-a-half, modern medical DNA examination found the main cause of liver cirrhosis-hepatitis B virus (HBV). According to relevant statistics, 80% patients with liver cirrhosis were found to be HBsAg positive. Modern medicine believes that hepatitis B leads to cirrhosis, which is caused by hepatitis B virus actively destroying liver cells. Antiviral symptomatic treatment is still used for advanced cirrhosis of hepatitis B, although some patients have turned negative for hepatitis B E antigen, HBV-DNA and other virus indicators through antiviral treatment, and stopped virus replication. But it can neither reverse cirrhosis nor control the development of the disease. Therefore, the author believes that antiviral therapy is still the main treatment for liver cirrhosis caused by late hepatitis B. Hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B are two different stages of the same disease, but their nature is completely different, and the purpose and methods of treatment should be different:

1. Hepatitis B: The purpose of treating hepatitis B is to prevent cirrhosis and liver cancer through antivirus. And the disease is in the stage of hepatitis B, and the healthy qi of human body is still strong, which can attack the liver without substantial damage. Therefore, simple antiviral therapy can make some patients' viral indexes such as HBeAg and HBV-DNA negative.

Second, liver cirrhosis: the main purpose of treating liver cirrhosis is to reverse liver cirrhosis, improve the quality of life of patients and save lives in danger. From hepatitis B to liver cirrhosis, liver cells have been substantially damaged, the morphology of the liver has changed, the vein texture is unclear, the portal vein is widened, the blood flow is not smooth, and the texture is hard. Moreover, with the prolongation of hepatitis, the consumption of qi and blood, the deficiency of human qi and blood, the decline of function, and the production of pathological products such as qi stagnation, blood stasis or water storage have directly threatened human life, and the nature of the disease has changed substantially. Therefore, the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis can no longer be based on anti-virus, so that the indicators of hepatitis B virus turn negative. But to correct abnormal liver morphology, improve microcirculation in the liver and reverse cirrhosis. Its antivirus is only an adjuvant therapy, which can prevent the virus from being active and continue to damage liver cells, which is beneficial to the treatment of liver cirrhosis.

Treating liver cirrhosis without nourishing liver qi and blood, restoring the drainage function of the liver, changing the abnormal shape of the liver, improving the blood circulation of the liver, and not carrying out antiviral treatment, just like contraception after pregnancy, has no effect at all. Hepatitis B leads to liver cirrhosis, or the wrong antiviral treatment leads to ineffective treatment, which is another important reason why modern medicine cannot cure liver cirrhosis.

This article is recorded on page 34 of Unveiling the Mystery that Hepatitis B can't turn negative. And included the book "China Medical Doctor Library".
