Method for making lemon chicken feet
Ingredients: 500g chicken feet, a small amount of ginger slices, one lemon, 1 onion, 8 peppers, 8 tablespoons aged vinegar, 5 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3-4 millet peppers, half onion, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Practice steps:
1, the chicken feet are cut off and chopped;
2, cold water pot, add onion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, after the fire to boil, cook 10 minutes;
3. Cooked chicken feet, chopped millet pepper, sliced lemon separately and chopped onion;
4. Put it into a container, add one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of sugar, one spoonful of oil consumption, five spoonfuls of soy sauce and eight spoonfuls of aged vinegar.
5. After the chicken feet are cooked, remove them and put them in cold water. Ice water is better, soak for 10 minute to make chicken feet more energetic;
6. Take out the chicken feet soaked in cold water, put them into the prepared container and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.
