2. Level 2 Sommelier (with one of the following conditions)

1) continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 13 years.

(2) After obtaining the third-level sommelier professional qualification certificate, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

(3) After obtaining the third-level sommelier professional qualification certificate, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years, through the second-level sommelier formal training up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain a certificate of completion.

(4) After obtaining the certificate of undergraduate education in this profession or related professions, he/she has been continuously engaged in this profession for more than 5 years.

(5) After obtaining the certificate of undergraduate education in this or related majors, and obtaining the certificate of professional qualification of Grade 3 sommelier, he/she has been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years.

(6) After obtaining the certificate of undergraduate education in this or related majors, and after obtaining the certificate of professional qualification of the third level sommelier, the sommelier shall be continuously engaged in the work of this occupation for more than 3 years, and the formal training of the second level sommelier shall reach the required standard number of hours and obtain the certificate of completion.

3. Level 3 Sommelier (with one of the following conditions)

1) continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

(2) A certificate of graduation from technical schools, technician colleges and vocational and technical colleges in this or related majors with the objective of cultivating advanced skills.

(3) A certificate of college degree or above in this or related majors.

(4) Have the certificate of college degree or above in other majors, and have been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.

(5) with other professional college degree or above, by the third level of sommelier formal training up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain a certificate of completion.
