Why is there no Maotai in Lidu Sorghum?

Lidu kaoliang spirit is a product of Lidu Distillery in Jinxian County, Jiangxi Province.

Lido Winery is located in Lido Town, a civilized ancient town in the middle of Jiangxi and the lower reaches of Fuhe River. This area with the famous "Xianquan" has sweet water quality. It is said that "Xianquan" was originally the brewing spring of Huixianlou in the market town. Tie Guai Li, the Eight Immortals, passed by here and drank in Huixianlou. He was full of praise for the wine, hence the name.
