What is called boiling frog in warm water

The boiled frog effect originated from a warm water frog experiment done by scientists at Cornell University in the U.S.: put a frog into boiling water, the frog will immediately jump out of the pot to escape when it touches the boiling hot water; and try to put the frog into a pot with cold water, the frog swims in the water, as usual, and then slowly increase the temperature of the water in the pot until the water is too hot to bear, the frog wants to jump out of the water to escape from the dangerous environment, but it is already weak in all four limbs, and eventually died in the hot water. When the water became too hot to bear, the frog tried to jump out of the water to escape from the dangerous environment, but its limbs were already weak and it eventually died in the hot water. What the experiment illustrates is the loss of vigilance and resistance due to adaptation and habituation to gradual change. It became a fable that is now widely relayed.
