I. Design Selection, Arrival Acceptance and Storage

After the equipment arrives, the relevant departments shall inspect the equipment, accessories, fittings and technical data according to the requirements of the equipment packing list and technical documents. Technical data shall have at least the following nine types:

Qualified equipment should be installed, debugged and put into use in time. Temporarily unused equipment must be put into storage and maintained regularly to prevent sun exposure, rain, corrosion, damage and loss, and do a good job of fire prevention and theft prevention. It is forbidden to disassemble the equipment for use.
Second, the equipment installation and acceptance
Equipment installation and acceptance shall be based on the Standard for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Coal Mine Installation Engineering, and the acceptance outline of equipment installation engineering shall be compiled.
Installation measures and technical requirements
1, before the equipment installation, the mine construction project must be checked and accepted in strict accordance with the design to ensure the installation quality.
2. Before the project is planned to start, technical measures for construction safety must be formulated, and the requirements for ensuring the quality of the project must be clearly defined as the technical guide for installation. The contents include the following categories:
(1) Construction organization design: documents or written materials with construction preparation and scientific organization.
⑵ Main basis for installation: equipment assembly drawing, installation drawing, foundation drawing, plan drawing, schematic drawing, relationship drawing and block diagram provided by design department and manufacturer.
⑶ Equipment installation: Take installation procedures, assembly process requirements, debugging methods and precautions as installation guidelines.
⑷ Quality standards: Design specifications, equipment installation acceptance specifications and safety regulations are the basic guidelines for installation.
5. Main basis of equipment evaluation: main economic and technical indicators and test reports of performance debugging and testing.

Main acceptance items and contents of equipment installation
During the installation, the installation unit should take the initiative to invite relevant departments to accept the project, and make records of concealed works to meet the design and installation standards as the basis for future acceptance and handover.

Three, lifting equipment maintenance, maintenance and safe operation
1. Technical measurement, setting and defect detection
1, the manned elevator is inspected once a year, and other elevators are inspected once every three years. The brake system and connecting device shall be inspected once a year (three months after defects are found), and a qualified unit shall conduct inspection and issue a report. 4. The test period of winch running speed diagram, braking deceleration calculation, braking time, idle travel time and braking pressure is one year.
5. The validity period of brake shoe clearance test setting is 10 day.
6. The winch of negative-force hoisting and hoisting personnel must have electric braking, and the disc brake winch must use dynamic braking (except variable frequency speed regulating winch), which can be put into automatic or manual operation during normal use. Dynamic braking, braking torque and secondary braking must have calculation and setting data. When the operation mode changes, it must be recalculated and adjusted, and the calculation results conform to the provisions of Articles 432 and 433 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
7, motor, high voltage switchgear test is valid for one year.
Test cycle and method of safety protection facilities
1, maintenance pilot project
(1) Over-speed protection: Do not test the relay once a day.

⑶ Fault protection of depth indicator: simulate fault or start test at low speed once a day.

Among the above protections, in case of any failure in items (1), (2), (3), (4), (6), (7) and (8), the machine must be stopped immediately, and the vehicle can be started only after it is qualified. Items (5), (9) and (10).
2. Operate the driver's test items
⑴ Overwinding protection: simulate overwinding test once per shift.
⑵ Undervoltage protection: the train is tested once per shift.
(3) Brake clearance protection (alarm): The brake shoe wear switch shall be tested without moving the train per shift.
(4) Loose rope alarm: the train is tested once per shift.

The above five protections must be sensitive and reliable. If the protection is unqualified, stop and report, and drive only after the repair is qualified.
Management of other facilities of hoisting system
1, the selected lifting container, man-vehicle (inclined shaft and drift), mine car (including connecting chain and bolt), cage, skip, connecting device, anti-falling device, supporting tank and anti-squatting tank buffer device must have safety signs of coal mine products.
2. For the hoisting system with hoisting speed greater than 3m/s, anti-collision beam and can supporting device must be set, and the anti-collision beam shall not be used for other purposes. The anti-collision beam must be able to block the container or counterweight that rises after overwinding; The tank support device must be able to support the container or counterweight falling after hitting the beam, and ensure that the falling distance does not exceed 0. 5m.
3, strengthen the management of lifting container fall protection facilities, do regular inspection, and form a formal report, fill in the date, place, data, conclusion, etc. , signed by the deputy mine manager (deputy chief engineer) in charge of the mine and filed.
(1) Anti-falling device of vertical shaft cage: it shall be inspected once every six months without tripping; Off-hook test is conducted once a year.
⑵ Anti-falling device for man-vehicle in inclined shaft: Manual tripping test shall be conducted once per shift without tripping. People with tripping shall conduct manual tripping test again before each operation, static rope tripping test once a month, and overload tripping test at full speed once a year.
4. The clearance between the tank ear and the tank guide of the vertical shaft hoisting container during installation, the inspection and maintenance of the tank guide and the tank ear shall be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of Articles 385 and 386 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations. The minimum clearance between the vertical shaft hoisting container and the shaft wall, the guide beam and the well beam must comply with the provisions of Article 387 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
5. The effective clearance between inclined shaft hoisting containers shall not be less than 0.2m; The clearance between the outside and both sides of the container: the pedestrian side is not less than 0. 8m, and the non-pedestrian side is not less than 0. 3m.
6, wedge-shaped guide rail, anti-collision beam, cupping device and anti-squatting buffer device should be checked once a month, and recorded.
7. The wellhead, bottom hole, middle level and shaft wellhead and bottom hole platforms must be provided with safe and reliable safety doors for lifting personnel. The safety door must be interlocked with the tank position and hoisting signal, and its requirements should comply with the provisions of Article 384 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations. On the side except for personnel entering and leaving the tank, facilities should be set to prevent personnel from entering the tank. The entrance side is forbidden to go out and the exit side is forbidden to go in. When it is necessary to stand on the top of the lifting container for repairing shaft equipment or handling accidents, the container must be equipped with an insurance umbrella.
8. When the car is in place, the safety door is opened, and the signal of leveling and floor changing is sent, the hoist shall be guaranteed to run at the speed of 0,5 ~1m/s. ..
Four-liter signal system
1, the hoisting signal must be transmitted step by step, that is, the yard transmits the signal to the wellhead, and the wellhead transmits the signal to the winch room. Wellhead signal must be locked by winch control loop. This signal cannot control the safety loop of the winch.
2. The button used in the signal control device and the "Stop" button should be set separately. Stop signals can also be used as emergency stop signals. "Stop" and "emergency stop" signals are sent out through train rooms in different positions. When a "stop" signal is given and the winch stops running, no matter where the container is, the winch can't be started and the working brake can't be opened without a "start" signal.
3. The lifting signal is equipped with sound and light, and the parking signal is different from the working signal. Stop signal alarm bell must use click bell or electric whistle; The indicator lights of stop signal and work signal must be set separately, and there are obvious differences. When a lifting device provides several levels of lifting, the signals from each level must be different.
4. When lifting personnel or materials with multi-layer cages, there must be signal locking specified in Article 395 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
5, in addition to the commonly used signal device, there must be a standby signal. When the inclined shaft is lifted, the material system is specially upgraded, and a set of emergency stop signals from the bottom hole and the horizontal yard to the winch room are needed; Special lifting personnel system, but also need someone to drive the leaking communication machine; The mixed character system includes the emergency stop signal at the bottom of the well, the direct winch room of each level yard, and the communication machine for people and vehicles leaking.
6, cable-stayed double hook car hoisting, must set the wrong code (hook) signal.
7, between the bottom and wellhead, wellhead and winch room, must install a direct telephone or microphone.
Technical transformation of lifting system
1. We should actively adopt advanced technologies and products at home and abroad, and carry out technical transformation on the old hoisting system in use, so as to improve the reliability of the system and reduce the operation cost.
2. The major technical transformation of the hoisting system must be put forward by the mining party on the basis of investigation, and the mining (group) company shall organize technical demonstration and report it to the superior for approval according to relevant regulations.
3, technical transformation design, must comply with the "coal mine safety regulations" and the relevant provisions of the state, and has certain advanced. Technical transformation must do a good job in the optimization and matching of the whole hoisting system, and pay enough attention to the important links that affect the reliability of the system, such as the main shaft loading weighing and metering link, brakes, anti-skid protection, overwinding and over-discharging protection devices and other products and technologies. When using computer technology, it must be designed according to electromagnetic compatibility technology, and the technical indicators must be tested according to relevant national standards to ensure the safety and reliability of the upgraded system.
4. After the technical transformation, it can be put into operation only after it is accepted by the examination and approval department. According to the acceptance report, relevant technical documents and drawings will be changed at the same time and recorded in the technical files.
Six management of hoisting wire rope
1, the correct choice of hoist wire rope. Wire ropes used for important purposes should not adopt point contact type. In addition to strictly implementing Articles 400th, 407th and 4 16 of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and having safety signs for coal mine products, the following factors should also be considered when selecting wire ropes:
(1) galvanized steel wire rope with the same twist should be used for vertical shaft hoisting, and steel wire rope with alternating twist should be used for inclined shaft tandem hoisting.
⑵ Galvanized steel wire rope should be used as far as possible when the water in the shaft is large or the pH value of the water is high, and when the shaft is used as a return air shaft.
(3) Inclined shaft hoisting should use surface contact wire rope or triangular wire rope with thicker outer steel wire; Vertical shaft hoisting should adopt special-shaped strand wire rope and line contact wire rope.
(4) The friction wheel hoist must adopt semi-steel wire rope of the same specification, and the tail rope should choose non-rotating steel wire rope.

2, the use of hoist wire rope, inspection and maintenance
(1) Wire rope inspection shall be conducted in strict accordance with Articles 398, 399, 400, 40 1 and 402 of Coal Mine Safety Regulations. The intercepting length of the rope head to be inspected shall not be less than 1 and 5m, and the rope head shall be intercepted near the container end of the hanging rope in use. The length of rope head cut by heating method needs to be extended by 200 mm
⑵ The service life of friction wheel hoisting wire rope shall not exceed 2 years, and the service life of balance wire rope shall not exceed 4 years. If the wire rope is broken, its diameter is reduced and its corrosion degree does not exceed the provisions of Articles 405, 406 and 408 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations, it can continue to be used, but it shall not exceed 1 year.
(3) The inspection and record of steel wire rope for hoisting must conform to the provisions of Article 404 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations. The electromechanical district chief and the person in charge of the electromechanical management department review and sign the wire rope inspection record every ten days, and the electromechanical management department organizes an analysis and summary once a month, with analysis and summary data.
(4) When the inspection result of hoisting wire rope reaches the values specified in Articles 405, 406, 407 and 408 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations, it must be replaced immediately. If the wire rope is subjected to violent impact and tension, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. If no new broken wire and shrinkage are found, it can be used continuously. If the service length of steel wire rope is increased by 0% or more than 5% than the original length due to sharp stress, a new rope should be replaced.
5] The length of the balance wire rope must be adapted to the overwinding height of the lifting container, and the balance wire rope should be prevented from being damaged when overwinding.
[6] The lifting device must have a tested spare wire rope. For the wire rope in use, it should be oiled at least once a month according to the mine conditions and corrosion. The wire rope of the friction wheel lifting device is only allowed to be coated with special wire rope oil (increase friction grease), otherwise it may not be coated with oil, but the part that does not bypass the friction wheel must be coated with antirust oil.
Once the vertical shaft hoisting container and hoisting wire rope connection, wedge connection device should be adopted. Every time the wire rope is replaced, the main stress parts of the connecting device must be inspected by flaw detection, and it can only be used if it is qualified. Cumulative service life of wedge-shaped connecting device: single rope lifting shall not exceed 10 year; Multi-rope hoisting shall not exceed 15 years.
Being wire rope storage, should be coated with a layer of solid grease on the surface and put in storage, in case of corrosion.
Levies wire rope in the process of transportation, handling, shall not be bruised or squeezed.
⑽ Padded pulleys should be adopted for vertical shafts and inclined shafts, and inclined shaft track idlers should also be adopted.
Seven oil quality management
1. Strengthen the lubrication management of lifting equipment, establish a "five-fixed" lubrication system (personnel, quality, quantity, fixed point and regular period) according to the characteristics and actual operation of each equipment, and make oil change records.
2, hydraulic station oil change at least once a year, must be tested and sampled once every six months; Wear-resistant agent should be used for reducer lubricating oil, which must be sampled and tested once every six months and cleaned, filtered or replaced once every two years.
3. The lubricating oil agent can be put into storage only after it has passed the inspection, and it shall be properly kept and distributed quantitatively.
Eight major promotions
1. The lifting mode other than the normal "acceleration, constant speed, deceleration and stop" procedure is special lifting.
2, special promotion need to remove some protection or locking signal system some functions, should develop reliable safety measures, by the mine mechanical and electrical mine manager (deputy chief engineer) and safety supervision department head, chief engineer for approval before implementation.
3, special ascension, its speed should meet the following requirements

(3) The speed of manual rope inspection is generally not greater than 0 and 3m/s..
(4) When personnel need to stand on the top of the lifting container to repair shaft equipment or handle accidents, the running speed of the lifting container is generally 0, 3 ~ 0 and 5m/s. ..
4. When lifting or lowering an object that exceeds the normal load, it is necessary to recalculate the braking torque, check the safety factor of the wire rope, suspension or connecting device, and formulate safety technical measures after meeting the requirements, which can be implemented only after being approved by the mine electromechanical manager (deputy chief engineer), the head of the safety supervision department and the chief engineer. When it is necessary to adjust the braking system, the mechanical and electrical work area shall designate a special person for on-site command, and the mechanical and electrical management department shall send someone for on-site monitoring, and it shall be restored in time after lifting. For the hoisting and transportation of equipment with super-long size and weight, the simulation test with the same weight load and size should be carried out in advance.
5, special promotion must be carried out is the driver's operation, vice driver monitoring system.
Nine lifting system maintenance work
1, each mine should carry out regular maintenance in a planned way according to the operating characteristics and state of each hoisting system.
2. Before maintenance, the "maintenance task book", maintenance quality standards, safety technical measures, labor organization, construction network diagram and construction progress diagram should be carefully compiled, and all maintenance personnel should be organized to learn.
3, each maintenance task should appoint someone who's in charge, when multiple units in the same place are working at the same time, it must be clear that the unified command of the person, and a clear division of labor, major maintenance projects should be set up maintenance command group.
4, maintenance plan time should include the provisions of the commissioning time. After maintenance, detailed records must be kept, mainly including the changes of technical parameters of the repaired parts and their reasons, and charts should be attached to form a formal report and keep it for future reference.
5. The daily maintenance of the hoisting system shall ensure 2 ~ 4 hours of inspection and maintenance time every day. The annual shutdown and maintenance days shall not be less than 12 days.
Operation and maintenance of hoisting system
