How to make moon cake dough
The practice of moon cake skin:
Materials:
Nine parts of flour, one part of milk powder, three parts of sugar, one part of semi-melted butter, five eggs and a teaspoon of dry yeast powder.
(One serving is about half of an 8-ounce bowl of yogurt.)
Exercise:
Mix flour, milk powder and yeast powder evenly, and it is best to sieve them.
Beat the eggs into a large enough container, add sugar, and beat with an egg beater for about 10 minutes, then add melted butter and sieved flour while beating, and gently stir into dough. According to the size of the mold, it is divided into small pieces and made into round dough.
