Articles of Association of China Minority Cultural Relics Protection Association

Article 1 The name of this group is China National Minority Cultural Relics Protection Association, which is translated into English as the relic of China Association for Preserving the Ethm Minorities' and abbreviated as CAPEMR in English.

Article 2 This group is a national, academic and professional non-profit social organization composed of people and units who are enthusiastic about the protection, rescue and development of cultural relics of ethnic minorities in China.

Article 3 The purpose of this group is to give full play to the role of people and groups at home and abroad who care about the protection of China's national cultural relics, attract financial, material and human support from all walks of life at home and abroad, promote the development of the protection, rescue and development of China's national cultural relics, and make contributions to the inheritance and promotion of China's excellent cultural heritage and the social and economic development of ethnic minority areas.

Article 4 The organization accepts the operational guidance of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the supervision of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In carrying out activities, this group must abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, and abide by social ethics.

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 6 The business scope of the Group

First, focusing on ethnic work and the work service of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, we will carry out the protection, rescue, collection and inheritance and development of ethnic cultural relics in China;

As a non-governmental organization, the Association actively establishes friendly exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign non-governmental organizations, social groups, research institutions and people from all walks of life. Through mutual visits and joint inspections, we will further enhance the scientific nature of protecting China's national cultural heritage and make contributions to the protection of national heritage;

Third, organize academic lectures, education and training in the field of minority cultural relics and cultural heritage protection, popularize and publicize the excellent traditional cultural knowledge of the Chinese nation and the knowledge of ethnic cultural relics, and raise the awareness of the whole people on the protection of ethnic cultural relics;

Fourth, provide services for members to carry out academic research;

Five, to assist the government, mobilize social forces, and strive for support from all walks of life at home and abroad in human, material and financial resources;

Six, commend and reward advanced collectives and individuals who actively participate in and support the protection of national cultural relics.
