Working principle of liquid flow metering controller

Volumetric flowmeter is selected for primary measurement of liquid flow metering instrument. The flowmeter is equipped with a signal device produced by our company. In the process of liquid transportation, the transmitter sends pulse signals to the control instrument (instrument), and each pulse signal represents the volume (unit: cubic meter) through which the liquid passes. The liquid conveying pipeline is equipped with platinum resistance for temperature measurement, which is used to monitor the temperature change in the process of liquid conveying in time and send the data back to the control instrument (metering instrument). The control instrument initially inputs the standard density of liquid at 20℃, and then synchronously converts the received pulse and temperature signal through the conversion coefficient, and automatically stops the pump when it reaches the predetermined delivery volume, and prints out the kilograms of liquid delivered this time. Clock function: the clock function of the instrument can print out the year, month, day, hour and minute at the end of transmission. Digital and Chinese printing function. 10 digit display: the instrument has 6-8 digit digital tube display, which independently displays temperature and liquid delivery times.
