How was the group interview?

Group interview usually refers to group interview without leadership, and the interview method is to interview candidates in a group by using scenario simulation. The leaderless group is a group composed of a certain number of candidates (6-9 people), and the discussion on work-related issues lasts about 1 hour. During the discussion, neither who is the leader nor where the subjects should sit is specified, so that the subjects can arrange their own organizations.

1, interview preparation: registration lottery, interview waiting for the exam, candidates admission, reading interview rules and discipline.

2. Examination stage: distribute the materials, the interviewer reads the materials and prepares the outline of the speech.

3. Personal statement: Candidates can freely arrange the order of speaking or speak in the order of drawing lots (this link is mostly a fixed link in civil service interviews, and corporate interviews are mostly organized by candidates themselves).

4. Free discussion: Candidates have a free discussion on the issue, usually 30-40 minutes (the specific time depends on the number of candidates). The examiner observes the records and does not interfere in the discussion process.

5. Summary statement: Candidates recommend or recommend a representative to make a summary to the examiner and report the whole discussion process and results. The time is usually 3-5 minutes.

2) Express clearly, control the normal speech speed, raise the tone slightly, and keep the upper body slightly forward.

3) Be able to control the rhythm reasonably, have a strong sense of time, and strive to be a time controller.

4) Don't interrupt others in an unfriendly way.

5) Don't express yourself blindly.

6) Clean up the mess when you leave and restore the seats at the interview site.
