8.2.6. 1 Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone

Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone covers an area of 407.03 hectares, of which the industrial and mining storage area is 10.53 hectares. From the calculation results of structural potential, it can be seen that the area of industrial, mining and storage land increased by land structure adjustment calculated according to structural potential is 0.00 hectare; From the calculation results of strength potential, it can be seen that the storage area of industrial mines can be excavated by increasing the comprehensive plot ratio of industrial land, which is 2.46 hectares, increasing the building coefficient of industrial land by 0.90 hectares, and increasing the input intensity of fixed assets of industrial land by 0.00 hectares and 20.55 hectares, indicating that the storage area of industrial mines can be excavated by increasing the output intensity of industrial mines. 8.2.6.2 Gaocheng Economic Development Zone

8.2.6.3 Luquan Economic Development Zone

Luquan Economic Development Zone can still supply 83.56 hectares of land, of which the theoretical supply of industrial and mining storage area is 39.50 hectares; From the potential calculation results, it can be seen that the area of industrial, mining and storage land has increased by 4.49 hectares through land structure adjustment; By improving the comprehensive plot ratio of industrial land, the potential storage area of industrial and mining is 7.88 hectares; The industrial and mining storage area that can be excavated by improving the building coefficient of industrial land is 9.75 hectares, which shows that the building coefficient of industrial land is close to the ideal value and the mining potential is limited; Increasing the input intensity of fixed assets and the output intensity of industrial land, the areas of industrial, mining and storage land that can be excavated are 16.59 hectares and 14.69 hectares, respectively, which have the greatest potential, and should be regarded as the key targets of tapping the potential of development zones, that is, in the future development, the input intensity of fixed assets should be increased and various effective measures should be taken to improve the output intensity of industrial land; At the time of evaluation, there is no idle land to be recovered and land for expired projects in the development zone, and the exploitable potential is 0.00 hectares (Table 8. 13).

8.2.6.4 Xinji Economic Development Zone

Xinji Economic Development Zone can still supply 0.00 hectares of land; From the results of potential calculation, it can be seen that according to the structural potential calculation, the area of industrial and mining storage land can be increased to 0.00 hectares through land structure adjustment, the potential of industrial and mining storage land can be tapped by increasing the comprehensive plot ratio and building coefficient of industrial land to 3.78 hectares and 4.20 hectares respectively, and the potential of industrial and mining storage land can be tapped by increasing the input intensity of fixed assets and the output intensity of industrial land to 2.47 hectares and 2.39 hectares respectively. As of the evaluation benchmark date, there is no idle land and land for expired projects in the development zone, and the exploitable potential is 0.00 hectares (Table 8. 14).
