What is a trick?
1. Acrobatics, one of the traditional acrobatics in China. Performers use agile techniques to create the illusion of audience's seeing and hearing, and perform the rapid increase or decrease of various objects, animals or fire and water. China has a long history of magic. According to Zhang Heng's "Xijing Fu", as far back as the Han Dynasty, there were programs such as swallowing knives, spitting fire and painting the land into rivers. In Song Dynasty, it was called "hidden skill". See Song Chen Yun's Le Shu, Volume 187. Ming and Qing dynasties called it "trick" or "play". Today, it is called "magic".
