How does the air filtration system work on BAIC New Energy lite series models?

The air filtration system consists of a high-efficiency filter that effectively removes large and small particles and PM2.5-grade fine particles from the air. To ensure that the system maintains a high filtration efficiency for large particles and PM2.5, it is recommended that it be replaced once every 12 months.

● Blurred windows are highly likely to increase the risk of accidents and injuries. To be safe, all windows must be free of ice, snow and fog to ensure a clear view.

●If the air inside the car is cloudy, it will easily lead to driver fatigue, loss of spirit and distraction, which is very likely to cause accidents and injuries.

●Diagnosis and repair of the air conditioning system requires specialized knowledge and the use of special tools. Therefore, in the event of a malfunction of the air conditioning system, be sure to have it serviced by a BAIC New Energy authorized dealer.

What you need to know:

●When the temperature and humidity outside the vehicle are high, moisture in the air will condense on the evaporator of the cooling system, forming water droplets that will drip down from the evaporator and cause water to accumulate underneath the vehicle, which is a normal condition and no need to panic.

●Should keep the air inlet in front of the windshield unobstructed and not be blocked by snow, ice and leaves, to ensure normal heating and cooling, and to prevent the condensation of fog on the front windshield.

●After closing the windows, the air conditioning system can play its role to the fullest. However, if the car is very hot after being exposed to the scorching sun, the windows should be opened briefly to let the hot air inside the car escape, which can speed up the cooling of the car.
