Hangzhou two-day tour best strategy and the latest line

Hangzhou is a characteristic city full of humanistic feelings, as well as a modern city with rich travel resources and developed tourism. There are a large number of cultural monuments, buildings and characteristic amusement programs here, allowing you to fully understand the core concepts of Jiangnan culture. This is a detailed travel guide to Hangzhou.

While I spent 4 days in Hangzhou, I only really had fun on 2 days, which went by fast. As for Hangzhou, I only experienced a few attractions, which do not all represent the temperament and connotation of Hangzhou. Let me share this trip with you.

Hangzhou Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Hangzhou in the morning, check in Four Seasons Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake), have lunch at Xinfeng Snacks, have a good nap, walk to West Lake at 16:00pm, dine at New White Deer Restaurant in the evening, stroll around Qinghefang Street to buy souvenirs.

The next day: sleep in, go to () for lunch, then go to Xixi National Wetland Park, visit ZJU in the evening (canceled, too tired to run back to the hotel to sleep after strolling through Xixi), go to fried shrimp in the evening, and finally go to the Wulin Night Market (not too big, and then go back to the hotel to watch TV).

Third day: take the high-speed train to Wuzhen, stay in Wuzhen LanShe design hotel, nap to avoid the midday sun, 16:30 pm departure to Zaxi.

Day 4: travel from Wuzhen to Ningbo, visit Tianyi Pavilion Museum, return home in the evening (don't ask why you go back from Ningbo because the airfare is cheaper)

Detailed Tips for a Two-Day Trip to Hangzhou

I'm sorry to say it. This was also the first time Xixi and I flew alone without family. Probably the most strategy we did was not how to play in Hangzhou, but how to board the plane. Finally, Xixi's sister was relieved to see us. She dropped us off at the airport at 5am, helped us with all the check-in procedures and boarded the plane with ease.

Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport currently does not have a subway connection, you must take the airport bus to the city, use your ID card to buy a ticket, and choose the destination you want to reach. If you don't know your destination, it is recommended to navigate the bus route first, which will be explained, or you can go to a manual ticket booth.

Our hotel is near West Lake, those who want to go to West Lake can refer to our two routes. The first route is direct from the airport bus, but it requires more walking. The second one requires getting off the bus and transferring to the subway, not walking.

Route 1: Xiaoshan Airport T3 - Xiaoshan International Airport Station, Wulinmen Civil Aviation Ticket Office, take Wulinmen Airport Bus West Lake Hotel (1.2km walk to 20 RMB 1 hour 13 minutes)

Route 2: Xiaoshan Airport T3 - -Xiaoshan International Airport Station airport bus Binjiang line, entrepreneurial talent base direction subway Jiangling Road Station Jiangling Road Station Exit A Fengqi Road Station Exit C1 All Seasons Hotel (528m walk to 24 yuan)

Hangzhou Metro:

Hangzhou as the home base of Alipay, the frequency of using Alipay will be very high here. Take the subway can also directly Alipay scan code. Of course, you can also buy tickets.

All Seasons Hotel (West Lake)

It is located on Wulin Road, the center of the hotel, and the surrounding area is still very busy. It's a 5-minute walk to West Lake and about 20 minutes by subway to Hangzhou East Railway Station. However, what pleased me most was that as soon as we stepped into the hotel lobby, a light fragrance of Longjing Tea surrounded us with freshness. The fatigue of traveling was instantly blown away, leaving me with only my yearning for West Lake.

Xinfeng Snack

This is the first choice for breakfast in Hangzhou, and our first meal in Hangzhou. It's cheap and of good quality. Xinfeng special big buns and shrimp wontons are especially popular with customers. With a focus on Hangzhou-style snacks, the special flavorful buns, shrimp dumplings, throat buns, shrimp wontons and beef vermicelli are popular choices.

The store is crowded. And ordering is fast. It's recommended to watch before ordering. During the ordering process, five seconds seems extraordinarily long. After ordering, go to the left window with your receipt to pick up your meal.

The $7 shrimp wontons are every bit as filling as the fresh shrimp's firm, bouncy teeth in every bite, and the broth is so tasty, there's not a drop left.

The $10 shrimp ravioli can be served with some vinegar sauce for even more flavor. And yes, don't be confused if you see a teapot on the table. The teapot is filled with vinegar.

The $4 beef vermicelli is simply a great value, with a very full and rich flavor. It's just a little bit of minced meat, but the whole bowl of vermicelli tastes like meat, and the vermicelli is tender enough to test your chopstick skills. It's a bit ungainly, but we recommend you pick it up and eat it anyway.

Feed us and make us sweat for 21 bucks. We recommend choosing a spot in the center near the air conditioning if you have the chance. It's really hot near the windows.

Hangzhou Old Yogurt is sold in almost every roadside store or newsstand in Hangzhou. In fact, we know it's not a specialty. Almost every city has some kind of old yogurt named after the city, but I was curious to try it. at 15 bucks a cup, it's just like regular yogurt.

Hangzhou West Lake

When it comes to the route I took to visit West Lake 10 years ago, I guess I don't remember it at all. I don't know as much as I don't know. I used to travel with my parents and have no idea where I went. I only remember that the West Lake was particularly beautiful and clear. In retrospect, I think it was because the West Lake in 2009 had just been dredged.

The famous "Ten Scenes of West Lake" are famous in the Southern Song Dynasty, such as Xiao Chun of Su Causeway, Broken Bridge, Qu Yuan's Wind Lotus, Huagang's Fish-watching, Lulang's Wenying, Leifeng's Sunset, Three Pools and the Moon, Pinghu's Autumn Moon, the Twin Peaks and the Evening Bells of Nanping.

To be honest, there aren't many people who go one by one to hit up the sites. Basically they follow the orange line on the map around the lake. Since I came to the West Lake, I should feel more flavor, and there are fewer places to punch the card. Wherever you go, being spontaneous is also a pleasure.

Walking around West Lake takes about 3-5 hours. Attractions worth hitting include Broken Bridge, Su Causeway, and San Tan Yue Ying, which is the pattern on the back of the 1 yuan renminbi.

If you want to get the best photos, you can take a boat to Zhou Xiaoying to view them. Tickets are 55 yuan for adults and open in spring and summer from 7:30 to 16:30, and in fall and winter from 8:00 to 16:00. but there are no lazy people like us who sleep in until 4:00. But you can also take the battery car around the lake, 5 dollars a piece.

But, I still have to spit it out. Why can't it be extended? I guess a boat ride in the sun would kill me.

The Broken Bridge goes on and on; it's where Xu Xian and the White Lady met, and it's where countless couples are fascinated. Holding hands, they walk from the Broken Bridge to the White Causeway, and from the White Causeway to the Su Causeway, happily.

However, in the peak season of August, the Broken Bridge doesn't seem to be suitable for couples' walks and young girls' encounters on the bridge; if the bridge breaks, it's probably trampled by the crowd.

If you ask me what my favorite thing about West Lake is, I probably couldn't tell you exactly what the scenery is, but I love the feeling. Walking aimlessly around the West Lake with someone I care about, what makes you yearn for it could be the West Lake, the willows along the shore, or a path you walk along.

Traveling without a purpose is the real travel. You don't need to carry the burden of coming here to hit the ground running, and the purpose of getting something. It's a trip to get comfortable and have fun.

If romance has a color, it must be the green of West Lake in Hangzhou. By the West Lake is the Zhejiang Museum, said to be the largest humanities museum in Zhejiang Province, with more than 100,000 pieces of cultural relics, where the Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains is located. Opening hours: 9:00-17:00, free.

If you're interested in relaxing, Zhongshan Park near West Lake is also a good place to visit, and it's also free.

As one of the Ten Scenic Spots of West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda is also one of the major scenic spots of West Lake. Legend has it that the White Lady flooded Jinshan Mountain to save Xu Xian, and was placed under Leifeng Pagoda by Fa Hai Zhenan. After defeating Fahai, Leifeng Pagoda collapsed.

Built in the Northern Song Dynasty in 977 years of the millennium tower Leifeng Pagoda did collapse. Although it was not as the myth said, it was also related to Xu Xian and the White Lady.

At that time, folklore said that the bricks of Leifeng Pagoda could ward off evil spirits and strengthen the body, and also symbolized love because Leifeng Pagoda imprisoned the White Lady. As a result, the bricks at the bottom of Leifeng Pagoda were gradually dug out, and finally on the afternoon of September 25, 1924, Leifeng Pagoda collapsed.

What we see now is the newly built Leifeng Pagoda, which is considered to be the first colorful bronze pagoda in China. Tickets are 40 many say it's not worth it, but the trip itself is a matter of opinion. This Pago

The original plan was from the Broken Bridge snow - White Causeway - Pinghu Autumn Moon - Qu Yuan Fenghe - Suzhou - Huagang Pier (Fishwatch) - take a boat to the three pools of Yue Ying card back to a dollar.

But the cruise was over, and I couldn't go to Zhou Xiaoying to clock San Tan Yue Ying. I simply ended the trip from Su Causeway (in fact, I was tired and did not want to go).

Farewell, West Lake. See each other after ten years is really a bit short, but you still have a unique mark in my heart

West Lake Travel Tips

West Lake, as the iconic attraction of Hangzhou, is of course a must-see attraction in Hangzhou. Every place is easily accessible to the most beautiful scenery. Many subway lines can be reached. There are many moody restaurants and bars around the lake, and it is convenient to eat. There are two kinds of transportation in the scenic area: battery cars and cruise ships. Those who don't want to walk or are in a hurry can choose to walk. In addition, the historical and cultural landscape is also quite rich, is a famous place of salty, young and old. The most fun time is from March to April in late spring, summer is really hot.

Dining Time

Xinlu Hotel

A brand with a history of 20 years, each branch has a unique decorative style, the American Rustic style, post-modern industrial style, European court style, Jiangnan classical style. The West Lake Yintai branch we went to is supposed to be a post-modern industrial style bar with the same decoration as the bar. It was really novel to experience Hangzhou cuisine in this kind of environment. The store's signature is the egg yolk chicken wings and egg yolk ribs series.

Very crispy truffle tofu. I think this dish is quite unique. Crispy on the outside and really tender tofu on the inside. The flavor was good, just a little bland. Just a little bit.

I didn't realize the chicken wings were the signature dish, but they were really good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

The West Lake Brunswick soup surprised me a bit. It was very light, almost as thin as water boiled, but the flavor was exceptional. The flavor of this dish was smooth. It is also said to reduce fire, so try it.

Baked ice cream is actually toasted bread with a piece of ice cream on top. Not as tasty as I thought it would be.

Sweet and sour pork ribs are more famous here, but they didn't feel that good. They're crispy and the bones can be eaten straight away, but it always feels weird on the meat.

The shrimp tasted a bit spicy and the meat was tender and delicious.

The total cost was about 150 yuan, which is an OK price-performance ratio, but as far as I'm concerned, it's not authentic Hangzhou cuisine, but more of an online celebrity restaurant that tends to favor the tastes of young people.

Qinghefang Street

Almost every city in China has one of these crowded shopping streets with tourists and ancient culture. For example, the Broad and Narrow Alley in Chengdu, Tianzifang in Shanghai and Shangxiajiu in Guangzhou.

Qinghefang Street has been a bustling part of Hangzhou since ancient times. During the Southern Song Dynasty, stores, restaurants and tea stores lined up on Qinghefang Street. It was the political and cultural center of Hangzhou and a gathering place for merchants. Now it is still one of the most prosperous areas. If you want to buy some Hangzhou specialty handmade souvenirs, this is a very good choice.

Transportation: It is near the Anding Road Station of Metro Line 1, a 10-minute walk from Exit c.

Compared with the real Hangzhou specialties, the online celebrity store is obviously doing better, with a really exquisite atmosphere and product packaging.

You can refer to our strategy for buying handbooks or eating:

Grandma Sun's Stewed Scallion Buns and Cakes (handbooks, Hu Ji of the Southern Song Dynasty, Jiang Shunfa), Tong Xiaoman's Handmade Tea Cake Shop, Knowing Taste Guan, and Scholar's Pavilion (great meals)

Chienmei Bean Blossoms, Ding Sheng Cakery, Gao Zu Frying (good reviews), Lamb Soup House (the most authentic sheep), Ju Ying Noodle House, September Life, and Squash Fresh Meat Mooncake.

Qinghefang Street is not a modern commercial street built to attract tourists, but it did exist. Walking down the street, you can vaguely feel the bustle of the Song Dynasty, with its warm lights and bustling crowds. If you're not paying attention, you could get separated or rubbed up against a passerby eating lamb kebabs next door.

Blockbuster is a traditional Chinese folk art. The performer pulls a string outside a box to roll the picture. The viewer watches the picture change through the lens, and usually the built-in picture is a complete story.Att

We want to preserve not only the historic district, but also this traditional craft and culture. The only way to get the attention of a few kids is to watch the teacher yell as hard as he can, in stark contrast to the bustling commercial stores on either side.

With the advancement of time and more and more ways of entertainment, some ancient cultures have just quietly dimmed. Do they exit the stage of history, or do they languish in the form of sleeping in the wind? After strolling through the streets and alleys, the only thing that can make me stop is probably this inconspicuous corner.

Maybe in another 10 years, when I come back here, I'll have my kids with me. Will the owner of the large lot still be here? No, I hope he won't be here.

I hope to see more young people who can pass on their crafts on Cheonghebang Street.

Bought a cup of umeboshi juice and a 20-yuan juice. The chilled umeboshi juice was sweet and sour. I looked at it, my lips and teeth filled with saliva, carefree and reckless flavor through my mouth. I couldn't help but take a big gulp. It doesn't matter if it's 30 this time of year. I managed to squeeze a spot in the crowd to take a photo. Seems like an understatement, but it's actually a crazy sissy.

Qinghefang Street:

As a street that originated in the Song Dynasty, it has retained much of its cultural flavor, and at the same time, it's a must-visit commercial street. With a wide variety of specialties and letters, it is worth a visit.

Night Scene of Hangzhou

The two lazybones didn't get up until almost noon of the next day, checking out the recommended restaurants in the neighborhood, and deciding on what to eat 10 minutes before the trip.

JiuLi LaoDiZi HangGang Cuisine

It is said that Huangshan people came to Hangzhou to study HangGang cuisine by heart and founded a restaurant with a difference. After years of research, every dish is brewed with craftsmanship.

The West Lake Vinegar Fish I ate at the West Lake ten years ago has kept me coming back for years. I wondered if I would ever get to taste it at this store.

I bought the 108 yuan set at this store, which didn't seem like a lot, but I actually ate until I burst.

The West Lake Vinegar Fish is a specialty dish. One half of the fish is made with a vinegar sauce that tastes sour and delicious, and the other half is steamed so you get the freshest flavor of the fish.

Unfortunately this is not what I had 10 years ago. Back then it was half sweet and sour and half pine nut fish, but the West Lake Vinegar Fish at Nine was impressive enough. (Except it was a bit spiny)

The flower chicken was definitely the best dish for both of us. The whole chicken was steamed in lotus leaves and had a light flavor. The chicken was tender and completely bone free. Every bite was delicious. When you are done eating, even the bones are sucked well.

The West Lake Beef Soup is really heavy, with a strong flavor and a bit of sourness. It can improve your appetite and ease the greasiness of the beef, but it's so good that two people can't finish it.

Besides that, the set meal also includes Dongpo pork, Xiao Long Bao, and hot and sour potato shreds. All of these dishes were more than satisfactory, so I won't go into details.

Xixi National Wetland Park

Xixi National Wetland Park is the first wetland park integrating urban wetland, agricultural wetland and cultural wetland. Xixi National Wetland Park is the first wetland park integrating urban wetland, agricultural wetland and cultural wetland. It is also known as the "Three Wests" of Hangzhou together with West Lake and Xiling, and has been selected as one of the "Top Ten Charming Wetlands" in China.

Transportation: There is no subway. It is still quite troublesome to change buses from the subway. It is recommended to drop convenient.

Opening time is from 8:00-17:30, the east area is mainly cruise ship, the core attraction is the west area of the blessing, the west area of the green dyke need extra tickets. I remember it seems to be 60 yuan.

The joint ticket includes a boat ticket for 120 yuan, which is recommended; it does not include 70 yuan (purchased online). Basically the only thing you can see is the free open area on the map. Some of the parks in the scenic area still have separate fees. The full walk takes 4-6 hours.

There are five piers, Shentankou, Jiaolong Tianzhuang, Zhoujia Village, Baijialou and Yanshui Fishing Village. You can get off at each pier with your boat ticket.

Zhoujia Village is the main pier, you can get on the other piers as well, and which one goes back to which one at the end~ Remember that the upper and lower piers are separate, so you can take the buses according to the signage.

Shenkou pier-Jiao Lu Tianzhuang pier 20 minutes, the left side of the better scenery.

Or Xixi Paradise Visitor Center (battery car)-Gaozhuang (walking)-Lu Ling Tianzhuang Pier-Shunshi Cruise-Xixi Paradise.

At that time I was torn between Songcheng and Xixi where to go. Songcheng has a unique historical and cultural landscape, but we prefer nature to commercial attractions.

In fact, I was planning to take a boat, but in the end I chose to walk the whole way because I could be closer to nature, feel the vitality of every plant, breathe the freshest air of the "lungs of the earth", and stop when I want to, walk when I want to (in fact, in order to save money).

If you want to do the paddle boat, you can also buy it at the ticket office. You can take 2-6 people for 100 RMB per hour.

Xixi Wetland Park has a KFC and a Starbucks, which is rare in tourist spots. It's a different kind of refreshing coolness to have a cappuccino and look around the wetland environment.

Meow on the roof of Starbucks~

But hiking in Xixi in the summer, with temperatures in the 30s, is expected to make everyone sweat profusely. An electric boat ride is recommended when conditions permit.

But there will be another kind of scenery that you can't see hiking by boat. Tall pine trees stand neatly on both sides of the Blessed Yubai Road, coinciding with a gentle rain that fills the air with a fresh scent of vegetation. Keep walking along the road and look forward to the next beautiful scenery.

I love the slow-life neighborhoods of He Shu Street and Jiangcun Bazaar, just as we approach our travels with aplomb. We browse the small stores with specialties, visit some showrooms of culture, and feel the local customs different from those of our hometowns. The tourists coming and going have smiles on their faces. Maybe that's what they like.

While inevitably complaining about the heat, I was surrounded by a wasp, too scared to move. Maybe this is the beauty of the wetlands, a kind of "green" romance. Everywhere is a landscape, and the landscape is beautiful because of you, so beautiful that it attracts bees and butterflies.

When it comes to the way of visiting Xixi Wetland, in addition to boat trips and hiking, there are also helium balloon tours, and all kinds of land, water and air tours are available here. The "Range Rover in the Sky" helium balloon tour is located in the Slow Life Zone. It is China's only self-developed and manufactured helium balloon, and is the only high-altitude helium balloon experience in Hangzhou.

It can carry 25 people at a time for nearly 3 minutes. It can lift 150 meters vertically and is more stable than an elevator. In addition to a main steel cable, the helium balloon is held by three safety ropes as a "secondary insurance policy".

Unlike a hot air balloon, which uses gas to boost its ascent, a helium balloon does not need to be ignited, but simply relies on the principle that helium is less dense than air to rise. In fact, it's like a giant balloon.

The helium balloon has a circular walkway that provides a bird's eye view of Xixi.

But maybe it rained or didn't sit on it that day before it went all the way up. Pity.

Xixi Wetland Park:

As one of China's "Top Ten Charming Wetlands", the beauty of Xixi Wetland comes from the protection of the original ecology, which is rich in animal and plant resources. But also because it is ecological, the landscape will not be so "stunning", which requires us to have a pair of eyes to find beauty. However, many attractions in the scenic area have to buy extra tickets in addition to the entrance fee, which is not very friendly. The best time to visit is from February to May when the flowers are in full bloom, July and August flowers are all gone, very hot.

Round trip

On the way was going to visit ZJU, but after walking through the West Wetland was really tired, so I slipped back to the hotel to lie down.

Old Man Oil Blasted Shrimp

It was arguably the most satisfying meal I've had in Hangzhou. It was open until 9pm and we didn't leave until 8:30pm. Finished eating, almost the last table.

The signature fried shrimp is arguably the best fried shrimp I've ever had. I thought it was spicy, but it was actually sweet and sour. No matter how much you eat, you won't get tired of it. The food for two is super refreshing and so good that you can't even spit out the shrimp shells.

Don't suck the shrimp head! Don't suck the shrimp head! Do not suck the shrimp head! Otherwise it will be so delicious that you will die on the spot shrimp sauce soaked in sweet and sour sauce, that strong flavor instantly make you on the head, can not stop. The more you eat, the more you want to eat.

The legend of the old man fried scallops, scallops fried just right, a little more will be burnt, a little less soft and crispy delicious, with two different dipping sauces is the flavor of the aftertaste.

The sanshin soup is more than just sanshin soup. It's a big pot full of soup with ingredients like shrimp, cabbage, meatballs, pancetta, fried pork rinds, and fungus. This soup is delicious, not a drop left.

A perfect dessert, the smooth smoothie and mango were a perfect combination. Each flavorful taro was filling and each spoonful felt cool and bursting in your mouth, licking it up.

Passing by the Wulin Night Market after dinner, there were quite a few specialty snacks, but that didn't interest the two contented people. I didn't take any pictures and went back to the hotel to watch TV after the walk.

Hangzhou travel summary

This two-day, two-night trip to Hangzhou can be said to be the perfect conclusion. The essence of leisurely traveling has been to this green city, there are many memorable places. Hangzhou is an example of the perfect combination of modernization and history. You can see supercars roaring all over the streets here, and there are well-preserved thousand-year-old monuments here, too.

It is a model city of civilization. As a foreigner, I can't imagine drivers being so courteous to pedestrians. Before you cross the street, cars on both sides almost always give way to you by braking sharply. Even if you try to let a car pass first, they stop and wait for you. If it was Guangzhou, I might have been greeted by the driver.

To be honest, this ten-year trip to Hangzhou didn't fill the memory gap of the past. Perhaps this is the cruelty of time. We are always forgetting, always leaving, always starting new journeys. We can't choose to remember them all, but we will definitely remember the happiest travel memories of today.
