Generally speaking, we should have the spirit of losing money. We don't go with the flow. Many people say, Sister Dong, look, we are just making an air conditioner.

Others do everything, we are not without conditions, we also do it, which makes more money. To tell the truth, how about Gree Electric has entered the real estate market just to make money? Because it is the most profitable, one square meter earns more than 10 thousand or even more, while our air conditioner only earns more than 100. I think this is an exercise of will, because there are always people who suffer in the development of a society, and not everyone is trying to get cheap. If everyone wants to take advantage, society will definitely be chaotic and some people will suffer. We are the losers, because the final development of the country still depends on the manufacturing industry.

Third, create an atmosphere of self-reflection, learning and innovation. Adhere to these items, I think a century-old enterprise can still do it. As long as the spirit is not lost, corporate culture will have strong competitiveness and competitiveness will be sustainable.

Dong Mingzhu: If I think there is no spirit, the system is false. Why do you say that? When a new person does not have this spirit, no matter how good your system is, it will be changed. Therefore, everything is ultimately inseparable from people, and the leading thinking of an enterprise determines the development direction of this enterprise. So I think spirit is indispensable, not a simple system construction. The system of ten years ago is no longer applicable today. Only with this spirit can we create a good corporate culture, so I think this system construction is indispensable. But there are laws all over the world that require people to pay the price of their lives, but some people still destroy them. Therefore, I believe that only when the institutional conditions are recognized by everyone can the system be effectively implemented.
