One is the combination of technical training and popularization with technical research. Because there are new technical problems in technology popularization at any time, studying and solving these problems will help us accumulate experience and knowledge and further improve the training work. The second is the combination of conventional technology promotion and training with the introduction of new technologies and new varieties. Third, the combination of traditional technical training methods with various forms of flexible and diverse training is conducive to improving the effect.
