Willpower and Materialism

Willpower is certainly useful. But it has to be grounded in material reality first and foremost, like if you only have a hundred dollars on you and you decide to invest it, but it keeps losing, losing, losing, but if you stick to it, you might make it back. And it's all about what you invest in and what you use your willpower for (the goal), if you want to buy a $5 lottery ticket for a hundred dollars and you stick with it for 20 periods, I'm sure you'll eventually make one period. If you want to use 100 dollars to buy the next spaceship to travel in space and go to the moon to dig for gold, even if the determination is strong, it's still a waste of effort.

So, willpower is useful, but must recognize the reality, respect the objective law of work, otherwise it is a pipe dreamer, pipe dream overdose, thought as long as the heart wants to how, the reality will be able to comply with the people how, that is also materialistic.
