Traditional wardrobe trouser rack

Production steps: If you want to install a wardrobe trouser rack in your own wardrobe, you must first measure the size of the wardrobe, which is mainly affected by the depth and width inside the wardrobe. Generally, the depth of a wardrobe is between 60 and 65 cm, and the width is not limited, as long as the stability of the shelf and the stress balance of the trouser rack are ensured.

Step 1: design. This improved trouser rack consists of three parts, namely, trouser rack bar, guide rail and trouser rack. According to my need to modify the size of the wardrobe, besides the size of the guide rail, I finally designed a trouser rack frame with a length of 76cm and a depth of 46cm. The trouser rack consists of 9 log trouser rack rods and a fixed bracket.

The second step: blanking. The material of the trouser rack is very simple, including two squares and several round sticks. Wood can be beech or Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica. Needless to say, the processing of square materials can be directly sawed. One way to buy round bars is to buy them directly, and the other way is to saw small squares by yourself first, and then grind them slowly with a planer.

Step 3: Assembly: First, fix the two squares together with adhesive tape, and then mark the installation position of the round stick on them with a pencil. The spacing between round bars is 7.5cm. After marking, drill holes together with a hand drill. Drill through the short square timber, and drill into about 3/4 position on the long square timber. When it is ready, it can be assembled according to the design drawing.

It's finally installed.
