ATO system adopts highly reliable hardware structure and software design, applies single-point multi-particle train dynamics model, and adopts hierarchical architecture to realize the organic combination of long-period running curve optimization and short-period real-time control, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of drivers and is the main guarantee for efficient, comfortable, punctual and accurate parking and energy-saving operation of high-speed and high-density urban rail transit system at present.

The monitored manual driving SM mode is also the second priority driving mode. The train operation is controlled by the driver through the main controller, and monitored and protected by the automatic protection system ATP and automatic monitoring system ATS beside the track and on the car. After the train starts, the driver presses the start button on the main controller every 5 seconds. If the button is released for more than 5 seconds while the train is running, the train will produce emergency braking.

Automatic turn-back AR mode is only used in some specific track sections, such as using the original track, changing the front of the train at the rear to automatically change the running direction of the train, or using the turn-back track to realize automatic turn-back.

How to turn around in subway operation? In fact, the subway does not need to turn around. Generally, the subway is a double-headed train. When the subway arrives at the terminal, it changes direction and is called "turning back". The turn-back line is called the turn-back line, that is, the front of the car changes to the rear of the car and travels to the opposite track. The turn-back line of the subway is called the turn-back line.
