I. Eligibility for data licences

1. The operator is a legally established company.

4. Necessary sites, facilities and technical solutions.

5. The company, its major investors and key management personnel have no illegal record of violating the telecommunications supervision and management system within three years.

2. If an overseas branch has been established, a copy of the business license of the branch or holding subsidiary and a copy of the articles of association of the holding subsidiary shall be provided.

3. Handle the articles of association of IDC business license with the special seal for inquiry of the archives center of the Administration for Industry and Commerce.

4. Original capital verification report. In case of non-patented technology, the original audit report shall be provided.

5. IDC's business license is the company's house lease agreement or a copy of its office space certificate and a copy of the house property certificate.

6. A copy of the business license of the shareholder enterprise as a legal person or a copy of the identity card of the shareholder natural person and the shareholders' articles of association.
