Nowadays, eating moon cakes and enjoying the moon is an essential custom of Mid-Autumn Festival in all parts of China. Compared with before, there are more varieties of moon cakes, and the tastes of different places are also different. Among them, Beijing-style, Soviet-style, Cantonese-style and Chaozhou-style mooncakes have become the five categories of mooncakes in China.
