1, crankshaft
The role of the crankshaft is to compress the piston of the cylinder and push the crankshaft to rotate, producing thrust. The crankshaft has a great impact on the engine structure. If a crankshaft does not rotate, it will not be able to withstand the tremendous forces. In addition, when the crankshaft wears out, it will be under very high pressure. If there is a problem and it is not repaired in time, it will cause the cylinders to work poorly, leading to cylinder leakage and excessive wear and tear and severe early damage. Therefore, if a new crankshaft is found to be unable to withstand the enormous pressure, it will be scrapped immediately! Crankshafts are one of the most important parts of an automobile. They not only affect the performance of the engine, but also the exterior style and feel of the vehicle's interior.
2, connecting rods
Crankshaft connecting rods, also known as engine connecting rods, crankshaft connecting rods can be simply understood as the car's linkage shafts, rotating with the crankshaft connecting rods to transform torque into engine torque. Crankshaft connecting rods can be said to be a key part of an automobile engine power source. Its role is to apply torque to the engine and make the engine produce a huge amount of power. There is a camshaft and a connecting rod on the crankshaft connecting rod, and the camshaft is one of the largest parts of the engine. When in operation, the camshaft rotates with the center shaft and drives the engine. The connecting rod transmits power to the four wheels and four axles by cam rotation; in addition, it transmits air and gasoline power to the other four wheels and four axles; if there is resistance when the engine is running, additional torque is generated to drive the crankshaft connecting rods to rotate together; if the pressure is insufficient, the connecting rods will also rotate to prevent the insufficient pressure from recurring; if there is resistance in the operation, the rods will If there is resistance in the work, the connecting rods will go from the center shaft into the center and push two or three connecting rods to rotate and connect to the other way shaft to achieve a bigger, stronger and more durable power output.
3. The connecting rods are joined together in what we often call the driveshaft.
It is directly connected to the front and rear wheels of the car, connecting the drive shaft connecting rod is connected to the drive shaft, also known as the drive shaft, transmission. The engine output power, through the drive shaft to the transmission. What we usually call the transmission mechanism is the speed change mechanism. The main function of the speed change mechanism is to transfer power to the four wheels. The speed change mechanism has the following main functions: to keep the vehicle speed within the set range; to change the speed of the wheels at a relatively fast speed; to adjust the relative speed of the wheels and the angle of the wheels; to change the structure of the transmission device; to adjust the connection of the internal parts of the transmission device. For example, in a stationary situation, the vehicle in a stationary state driving a process equivalent to two speed gradient is called speed up or acceleration; a moderate speed gradient process called deceleration stop; a moderate speed gradient process and deceleration of an unchanged process is called torsion is also known as variable speed; if a vehicle in the specified travel speed, the other car should also be rotated this particular distance. This is the common variable speed mechanism in automobiles. In the variable speed mechanism, usually use gear transmission, such as: the use of straight gear sets to achieve rotation; the use of gear transmission and the slave gear transmission of different relationships to achieve variable speed and other phenomena.
4, front bumper
Bumper (also known as fender) is one of the main protective parts on the car, including the front bumper and side bumper. The lines on the front of a car's hood resemble the shape of a wing and can be used to protect pedestrians, trees, etc. on either side of the vehicle. The bumper contains cams to withstand impact loads. It can match the body color; it can also add to the sporty style of the car. The cams in the bumper are called steering knuckles. The steering knuckle is a special cam-shaped ball bearing that slides in the steering knuckle is a removable screw, and the ends of the rotating screw are mounted on the steering knuckle. When the steering knuckle is turned, the rotor does not move or rotate, the screw fixed to the steering knuckle fixing bolt is rotated to a fixed position, and the rotor holds the knuckle to the end of the knuckle hinge; when the knuckle is rotated to a fixed position, the inner ring of the rotor is fixed to the outer ring of the rotor, the rotor stops rotating, and the rotor can be rotated one half turn; when the steering knuckle is rotated to a fixed position, the inner ring of the rotor rotates the rotor inward by one half turn, and the rotor When rotating half a turn, the inner ring of the rotor remains in a non-turning state; when the rotor rolls between two rotors, the inner ring of the rotor is always in a half-rotating state; when the rotor is rotating, the rotor is always rotating inside the rotor for about half a minute (or a day). When the steering knuckle rotates to a fixed position, the inner circle of the rotor stops rotating: when the outer circle of the rotor does not rotate or when it cannot continue to rotate after half a minute of rotation and the button is released, it means that the headlight is damaged. Must be promptly repaired and replaced assembly.
5, tires
Tires, also known as tires, are used to place the wheels perpendicular, parallel or horizontal to the ground. As an important part of the car, tires account for nearly 20% of the entire car's weight. Tires transfer energy by making contact with the ground. Generally, the wider the tread width, the better. In order to increase the weight capacity of a car, the wheels must be much larger than the wheels of a loaded vehicle. Because of this, the wheels are able to turn like a wheel. There are four general tire sizes: full-size tires 225-265 mm long, wide tires 235-225 mm, and narrow tires 235-270 mm.
6. The gearbox, the mechanical part of the engine, is driven by a belt, which can drive the front and rear wheels to rotate at the same time to do their work.
The gearbox (DCT), or automatic transmission. It has two functions: one is to utilize the power transmission of the gearbox to realize the conversion between the power; the other is to transfer the speed and torque through the gears. As a result, it is often possible to reduce mileage if the engine is used to drive the car through the gears (often referred to as manual). Transmissions generally come in the form of manual transmissions, automatic transmissions (dual clutch), and automatic/manual transmissions. According to the different transmission methods, automatic transmissions are divided into two categories: mechanical boxes and electronically controlled boxes. Common models include: Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and so on. Automatic engine: including planetary gear transmission and mechanical transmission technology combined with the new engine.
