1. Before use, place the machine on a dry and ventilated level ground to ensure that the machine works stably and reliably.

3. Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the power supply used by this machine.
4. Extend the power cord to the factory, and reliably ground the wire core with grounding symbol. When disconnecting the open load switch (breaker), connect the other three wire cores (two for single motor) to the lead-out terminal, close the open load switch and start the switch. From the feed inlet, it is considered that the moving roller runs down correctly, with no-load trial operation and no abnormality in all parts, so as to test the machine.
5. Adjust the roll gap as needed, and operate the handle to turn the handwheel to make the adjustable roll advance and retreat, so that the roll gap can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0-25mm and the axial gap is even, thus making the rolled dough even in thickness.
6. In the process of operation, hard objects should be prevented from entering between the rolls to avoid damaging the two rolls.
Operation procedure: In order to improve the dough quality, prolong the service life of the machine and save energy, please adjust the roll gap gradually from coarse to fine during the operation, and the thickness of the inlet surface is 2-4 times that of the outlet surface. And don't put your hands near the roll paper to avoid accidental injury.
All maintenance and warranty work must be carried out after the power supply is cut off.
1. Clean the machine carefully after each use to ensure food hygiene. When cleaning, it is not allowed to scrape two rolls with sharp instruments or clean them with water spray pipes.
2. Add lubricating oil to the gear once per shift from the refueling point, using gear oil or 20# engine oil or edible oil. It is advisable to pour dozens of drops each time. Grease in turbine, worm and bearing should be replaced once every six months, and calcium-based grease should be selected.
3. Check the tightness and wear of ordinary V-belts and adjust or replace them in time.
4. When the machine stops for a long time, a small amount of cooking oil should be coated on the surfaces of the two rollers to prevent rust.
