My hometown is in Yongfu, which is surrounded by mountains and waters and has beautiful scenery. It is a green town that makes people linger, and it is also one of the birthplaces of Fushou culture.

In the center of Yongfu, there is a tall mountain named "HIVE BOX Mountain", also known as "Fengshan". The ancient trees on the mountain are towering, green and lush, and the Xijiang River surrounds Fengshan like a jade belt. It is called Fengchao Mountain because it is said that in ancient times, a pair of phoenixes built their nests on the phoenix trees in the mountain, hence the name. On the top of the mountain, there is a huge word "Fu" carved by calligraphy, which is 87 cm high and 78 cm wide. According to legend, the word "Fu" was written by Li Xun, the champion of Wu. Later, people called it "Yongfu", which means: happiness forever. In Bai Shou, there is a cave called Fuziyan, also called Baishouyan, which contains a portrait of Bai Shou. It is a big character "Shou" composed of 99 different fonts. I hope people here can live a long life. Therefore, Yongfu has become a veritable "hometown of longevity".

To the north of Fengshan is the beautiful Tianfeng Square, which is located by the Xijiang River. There are weeping willows on the river bank. A gust of wind blowing, wicker swaying, like a shy little girl. There are many people chatting in the cool by the river. There are many high-rise buildings and villas around the square. In the evening, there are many people in the square, some are dancing, some are walking, and some are singing karaoke. There are colorful lanterns in the square: some are like fireworks, others will change color, blue for a while and green for a while. Tianfeng Square is not only a place for people's entertainment, but also hosts many activities such as the opening and closing ceremonies of the first Fushou Festival in Yongfu, Guilin, and the banquet for thousands of people.

On October 28th, 2006, 65438 was the opening ceremony of the first Fushou Festival in Yongfu, Guilin. My mother and I came to the square and saw many red balloons floating in the sky. Colorful flags fluttered in the wind, making Yongfu County more beautiful and filled with festive atmosphere everywhere. On the crowded street, some people are talking and laughing, some people are taking pictures, and some people are tidying up the square. The "Thousand Banquets", the highlight of the "Fushou Festival", began. The "Thousand Banquets" was attended by 1 199 elderly people over 70 years old, and more than 200 tables were put in a scarlet letter "Shou". Looking down from a height, it is very spectacular. "Thousand Banquets" successfully applied for the Guinness Book of Records. What exciting news! At this moment worthy of cheering, Guinness Headquarters in Shanghai Great World presented awards to our county magistrate. This is a great event in Yongfu County and the pride of Yongfu people! After the award ceremony, the cultural performance began, and the wonderful performance made me laugh. Especially the program "You Yongfu".
