How to objectively evaluate China's current education system?

First, about exam-oriented education and quality education.

As we all know, the education system in China can be described as "ten people comment and nine people shake their heads". Every day, we are asking for quality education and cultivating innovative talents. However, if we look at our senior high school education and only pay attention to the enrollment rate, how many Tsinghua Peking University can be admitted to a school every year? All day, the students are immersed in the pile of old papers, doing problems, doing problems or doing problems. Especially in some big provinces of college entrance examination, such as Shandong, and some county high schools, as long as the resources of college entrance examination cannot be distributed relatively evenly across the country, this problem will be difficult to solve.

Second, on the industrialization of education.

When did education become an industry? Although the country has never acknowledged this problem, education has become an industry. The problem of education fees is really a big problem. Children in many areas in the west can't afford to go to school, and many students in rural areas can't afford to go to college. In some big cities, there is a high school choice fee. It is said that education was once rated as one of the "top ten profiteering industries".

Third, the problem of unfair distribution of educational resources.

What are educational resources, such as teachers, but when I say unfair distribution of educational resources here, I mean unfair distribution of national financial support and policy support. Unfair financial support, rural and urban areas, high schools in provinces and counties, and unfair policies, such as dividing the college entrance examination into provinces and adding more points to the college entrance examination, have caused many problems. Students in big provinces study hard, students in provinces with few teachers live a chic and tasteful life, and there are still many immigrants in the college entrance examination.

4. Nine-year compulsory education is free.

Why do many countries in the world whose economic development level is lower than China have implemented nine-year free compulsory education, such as Cuba and many countries in Southeast Asia, but we keep saying that China does not have such conditions under the current situation? I want to ask, when do we have it? We said this ten years ago, and we still say it ten years later. It's really sad. Education is a long-term investment and long-term benefit industry, and its role in China's modernization cannot be ignored.

These problems in China's education system can't be solved, largely because our government is conniving. In today's society, the state emphasizes efficiency on the one hand and ignores fairness on the other. The manipulation behind the scenes by many interest groups is one of the reasons for many problems in China today.

The conflict between quality education and exam-oriented education, and the vague distinction between academic research and applied skills are all caused by the lack of interaction between school education and social needs. Generally speaking, education in China has made great progress. What is needed now is standardized and systematic development. Since ancient times, China's education has its excellent components, but there are also some shortcomings. In fact, whether it is China or western countries, there are good and bad! As China people, we just want to make our country more and more developed and stronger. We hope that the education system in China can be better developed and improved, reduce the burden and pressure on students, parents and society, and give them room for their own survival and development! There is a serious gap between middle school education and university education, which is out of touch with each other. After entering the university, some students feel uncomfortable because of the loose management system, unlike the tense, rhythmic and regular life in high school. They have been unable to learn the joy of life from college life for a long time, and their spirit is always paralyzed, forgetting how to think and how to think! I always feel that life is not as meaningful as high school, and I always feel that I have not learned what I should learn! Even always want to go back to the old high school life system! However, after leaving the ivory tower system in high school, some students are always thinking about their future jobs or taking a doctoral exam in the future in order to get a higher degree. First of all, there is always so much competitive pressure, and I always feel that I am not competent enough. I am afraid that I will not keep up with the trend of the times and will be suicidal regardless of the burden of life! There are many similar phenomena. These problems have fully exposed the shortcomings in China's education system and seriously affected the healthy development of the current society and the psychological quality of the next generation. If this problem is not paid enough attention to and solved, it will cause more serious consequences! I summed up the following four shortcomings:

First, the lack of child education.

Primary education is very important for children's growth, but now parents instill in their students that they should study hard and have a bright future, and give them a hazy consciousness that learning badly is a bad boy from an early age, that is, a sense of pressure. But in practice, it can't be guided correctly! What students learn in school is not the lack of classical culture in China, but the enlightenment of etiquette system! Western society is studying the classical culture of China. Why can't China make full use of his own good things? I think when children are young, learning the Analects of Confucius, universities and those classic books will benefit them for life! If such books are boring, then we can mix some ancient cultural stories, such as the stories of the Spring and Autumn Period, the Warring States Period, the Jin Dynasty and the Southern and Northern Dynasties. I believe all children like to listen to stories! And the memory effect will be very significant, perhaps doctors who have memories since childhood will not forget it! Let's take management for example. Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the hottest topic in China's classical books, is suitable for China, as well as Thirty-six Strategies and Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Foreign universities teach students, but domestic students may not be exposed to these things during their schooling! The school only pays attention to students' learning foreign management theories, but in fact, she does not adapt to domestic management, precisely because of China's special cultural accumulation and China people's own nationality and personality. Foreign management theory is not applicable. Why should we learn it? Because we can learn from them. In addition to this reason, school education, the compulsory implementation of China's education system, may be a symbol of knowledge, but it has hurt many people and lost China's own essence culture! Therefore, we should attach importance to the education of classical culture and its educational function in order to enhance children's interest in childhood life.

Second, westernization of behavior.

Now, because of the introduction of western ideas, many children's daily behavior habits or lifestyles are following western ideas, and the influence of Confucian culture in China has gradually lost its function! There are fewer and fewer obedient children! This is not a conservative idea. Japanese and Korean dramas, we can clearly see that these two countries, which are influenced by China's cultural circle, are both countries of etiquette, and attach great importance to etiquette in interpersonal communication! You will think they are so polite! Looking at the reality of China in a blink of an eye, the enlightenment function of these things is losing, and the effect of spiritual civilization construction does not seem to be very significant, nor does it change people's behavior. In the process of urban construction, it is still shouting that urban health depends on everyone. But the sanitary conditions are still not very good! On the bus, pregnant women stood and no one gave up their seats. This phenomenon should only be influenced by our Korean and Japanese culture, right? Therefore, the Confucian "three cardinal guides and five permanents" and "ethical order" should be instilled in children, but in this process, they should be done in the right way, and in this process, they should abandon those bad ideas. We only need those good, progressive and upward thoughts to educate students and children! Children are also independent individuals, so we should not only let them know courtesy and respect, but also let them know that they should be respected, have self-awareness and be able to think independently, instead of relying on others and parents to help them build their self-confidence!

Third, learning takes up too much of life and ignores practice.

Looking back on my school experience, I have been studying before and didn't dare to stay in my own footsteps. I really feel that I have learned something! However, after going to college, I always feel that I can't do anything and I don't know what to do in the future. Even if my professional performance is excellent, my practical ability is not good, and it is very difficult to find a job! At the beginning of the university, the school only asked students to go out by themselves, find an internship in the unit and then make an internship report. But as far as I know, few people really do it seriously, almost all of them temporarily find a unit to stamp and sign an opinion or something! As for practice, I really can't! In our school, most students come from the countryside. They may not have any social relations and their thoughts are relatively closed and conservative. It is also difficult to find an internship unit. In addition, they have been studying in school since primary school, and there is no social practice before college. It is meaningless to make such a practical investigation report! It can't improve students' ability at all! If the school works hard, the school can give them clues to find jobs themselves, or recommend internship units for them to participate in practice! Throughout the western education system, attention has been paid to students' practical operation ability since childhood. We only talk about practical ability, but we don't do it well. Therefore, China's education system should combine the current situation in China and blend with the western education system, paying attention to both the learning of students' knowledge and the improvement of students' hands-on operation ability! Personally, it will also lead to unfair education, because after all, the implementation of quality education in western or rural areas will be weaker than that in developed areas. In a word, the education problem in China cannot be solved overnight. We should combine national conditions with scientific development to build a harmonious socialist society!
