Xiao Gong Baha 'i Festival, at the vernal equinox of the summer calendar every year, usually falls on March 2 1 of the solar calendar.
Xiao Gong Bahar Festival is a Spring Festival with festivals, with "Zu * * * Festival" and "Tiehemu Zuwatis Festival" in the middle. The first Xiao Gong Bahar Festival is equivalent to the Nuo Lao Zi Festival of some ethnic groups, which is mainly celebrated. The difference is that on the day of the festival, the whole village will elect a respected person to be a "little man" and lead men to worship the festival from house to house.
Every time he goes to a family, Xiao Gong congratulates and wishes his master on behalf of everyone. In the thank-you, the host took out flour and sprinkled it on Xiao Gong and the guests' shoulders to show that they share joys and sorrows. Then, the host entertained everyone. At this time, Xiao Gong personally broke the big naan held by the master into pieces. After the blessing, he ate a piece first, and then everyone ate together.
This festival lasts for three days. Women don't celebrate holidays and stay at home to entertain guests. Daughter-in-law should bring holiday oil to her parents during the New Year, which is equivalent to the second day of the first month of the Han nationality.
Then, we will celebrate Zu. "Zu * *" means "water diversion" in Tajik, and Zu * * * festival means "water diversion festival". Due to the late thawing of Pamirs in spring, in order not to miss the farming season, it is necessary to break the ice and divert water. Breaking the ice and diverting water is by no means something that one person can accomplish. Therefore, the Zu festival was formed in the collective ice-breaking water diversion.
Before the festival, the whole village will walk to both sides of the river bank and scatter soil on the ice to make it melt. Each family will bake three big naan, one at home and two at the construction site. What is left at home is for workers to go home and have no time to cook.
On the day of the festival, under the leadership of the water official "Mulafu", the whole village rode to the water diversion point to participate in canal repair, ice breaking and water diversion. At present, it is no longer led by the water official "Mulafu", but by a prestigious person.
After breaking the ice and diverting water, people eat holiday barbecues and pray for good weather and good harvests. The children are playing with each other.

After the diversion, the Tiehemu Zuwatis Festival will be held soon. "Tiehemu Zuwatis" means "sowing" in Tajik. So this festival is actually a celebration before sowing.
Before the festival, every family will bake and cook a kind of rice, which is called Delia. When the festival comes, every family pays tribute to each other. When guests go out, the host should sprinkle water in front of the door to show off, which means watering your fields. Have a good harvest. This is quite different from the intention of some ethnic groups to break up. When feeding cattle, you should knead the feed into cattle and farm tools. The owner symbolically decorated the seeds in his pocket and let the experienced old farmers sow in the field; When sowing, we should also burn a little fireworks. This should be the legacy left by its ancestors when they believed in Zoroastrianism.
When a person sows seeds, people lift their skirts and take the seeds back, then invite a blessed old woman to sit in the middle of the ground, and the male host symbolically turns around and turns the ground. It means a family job and everyone helps. So when spring sowing, the village cooperated with each other and the atmosphere was harmonious. This is precisely because the living conditions are difficult and it is difficult to survive without cooperation.
Tajik Spring Festival has no legend, myth or religious color, only agricultural production and mutual encouragement. This is unique in festivals of all ethnic groups.
