What are the basic leg techniques of Wushu that must be mastered?
Wushu basic leg method 1: Forward kick preparation posture: stand step by step and raise your arms horizontally (Figure 1- 1).
Action description: the left foot is upright, the right leg is knee-high, the toes are hooked up and kicked to the forehead; Objective to look forward (fig. 1-2). The key point: chest out and abdomen in waist. When kicking, quickly close your hips and abdomen, and hook your toes to stretch. Over the waist, move faster and have strength.

Wushu basic leg method 2: side kick preparation posture: same kick. (Figure 2- 1)
Action description: right foot on the ground, toe abduction; The heel of the left foot is slightly raised, the body turns slightly to the right, and the arms are raised backwards. Results The left leg hook kicked to the left ear, the right arm raised its bright palm, and the left arm stood in front of the right shoulder. Look straight ahead (Figure 2-2). Key points: open hips, sideways, and violently abdomen.

Wushu basic leg method 3: outward swing leg preparation posture: kicking in the same posture. Action description: step on the right foot; Hook the left toe tightly, kick it up to the upper right, swing it to the upper left before warping, and the straight leg falls next to the right foot; Look straight ahead, and your palm can touch your foot forward (Figure 3- 1) (Figure 3-2). Key points: spread your hips and swing your legs outward in a fan shape, with a large range.
Basic Wushu Leg Method 4: Leg-closing posture: Kicking in the same posture.
Action Description: Swing the legs with the outside, only from the outside to the inside (Figure 4- 1) (Figure 4-2). In addition to the requirements for the hip joint, it is the same as the swing leg.
Basic Wushu Leg Method 5: Foot-slapping Preparation Posture: Stand Step by Step (Figure 5- 1) Action Description: Step up with your left foot; Lift your knees, straighten your feet and kick your right leg. At the same time, the right fist changes hands, and the front top meets the right foot; Look straight ahead (Figure 5-2). Focus: abdomen and waist. Kick your legs to your chest and kick your feet accurately and loudly.
Wushu basic leg method 6: Bouncing leg preparation posture: Clap your hands with your feet together.
Description of action: the supporting leg is upright or slightly flexed, and the other leg pops out from flexion to extension. The foot surface is stretched flat and the force reaches the toes (Figure 6- 1) (Figure 6-2). Key points: close your hips and bounce strongly enough to reach your toes.
Wushu basic leg method 7: kick preparation posture: kick together. Description of action: The same bouncing leg, only the toes hook up and the force reaches the heel (Figure 7). Key points, easy mistakes, correction methods and teaching skills are the same as jumping legs.
Wushu basic leg method 8: side kick preparation posture: step by step (Figure 8- 1) Action description: right leg straight support; The left leg bends from flexion to extension, the toes are buckled and kicked out with the sole of the foot. The height is equal to the waist and the upper body is inclined; Look at the left (Figure 8-2). Key points: straighten your knees, open your hips and kick your legs hard, with the outside of your feet facing up and reaching the soles of your feet.
